   I bought this to mount to my turkey hunting 12ga. I mounted it to a TruGlo vent rib mount and it mounted right up. This sight is built solidly. I’ve shot several 3 1/2 magnum rounds through the gun with this mounted to do initial “zero” and then pattern the various turkey loads I had to find what worked best with my shotgun. This sight, retains it zero under that recoil and is nice and bright in daylight. I would recommend to anyone. The price point is great, especially with the shake awake capability.

   this little red dot is awesome for the price and has shake awake clear glass very bright dot easy to see and keep on target also holds zero with no problems being dropped or even racking the slide by using the red dot I have had no problems at all great red dot for budget builds.

   The adjustable irons on my old pistol wouldn’t hold zero, so I got this and a dovetail mounting plate, with the reasoning that even a cheap red dot would be better than loose iron sights. Well, I’m pleased to say that the red dot was affordable, but by no means was it cheap! Once I got the mounting figured out, I bore sighted the pistol and headed out for the range. I was blown away! I was able to consistently shoot 1.5-inch groups at 10 yards, whereas with my floppy iron sights it was a struggle to even stay on paper. It has held zero after hundreds of rounds and months of use.

   The dot is visible, if a little washed out, in broad daylight. It is slightly heavy, enough that the dovetail plate needed to be glued down to keep from deforming and coming loose under recoil, However, that’s much more a fault of the plate than of the optic itself.

   I’m very impressed with this micro red dot and plan to install it on my handgun once I have the firearm ready. This diverse red dot can be mounted on handguns or rifles making it a customizable sight for many uses. The sleek design is durable and comparable to other red dots on the market that cost in excess of 3x the amount of this one at just $125 at the time of review. As I get older, I’ve been leaning more and more toward red dots because they offer me a much faster acquisition time compared to standard iron sites. The shake to wake technology built into this is perfect and with an extra battery should allow me to use this worry free for at least 2 or 3 years. Highly recommend this site to enhance your precision and to improve the overall appearance of firearms!

   This red dot uses a CR1632 battery and can be used for up to 4000 hours continuously. It does, however, have the Shake Awake Technology installed that will automatically shut the red dot off after 5 minutes and not being moved. If the system senses any movement at all, it will automatically turn on the red dot at the previously set intensity. With is system, battery life can be extended to much greater that 4000 hours. Only down side, the CR1632 is not as common a battery and not as powerful as some others. It uses a top load system makes changing the CR1632 battery a breeze, as you will not have to remove your sight to change the power source. The Red Dot is a 3 MOA dot that allows rapid target acquisition while providing a precise point of aim. The footprint of this device is compatible with Vortex Viper/Burris Fastfire. This Red Dot is well built and has the modern features shooters are looking for. The price is Awesome as well.
