These are matched and work well together. I would have liked an additional magnification level, but the red dot has a crisp reticle, the brightness levels work well and accommodate challenging light situations from dusk to full sunny day. Easy to adjust, holds zero on my 308 after 100 rds. Seems durable and works great for close to medium distances. Quick lever flip transitions from magnified to standard.

First, this sighting pair is simply fun and great to work with. On a .223 Wilde, it provides quick targeting up close (out to 75 yards) and then flip-in the 3x and have quick targeting out to maybe 200 yards. Easy mounting and adjustment for windage and elevation. The instructions that come with it are easy to read and understand. This uses a CR2032 battery and has shake-to-wake and auto shutdown after 15 minutes. Also included are 2 bases for the sight to allow two different mounting heights.

this set up is great for the money very solid. Eye Relief is great compared to others i’ve used. my only cons are the magnifier moves in and out and is secure but there’s not a real definitive feel or click when you move it into place. it does not snap into place it just kinda goes there. Not a big deal at all certainly should not stop you from purchasing. The other Con is the field of view of the red dot. you will see in the ngclab.com photos something in the bottom right of the lens that slightly obstructs your view. i thought mine had a defect until i checked the ngclab.com photos. Thats something that could be a deal breaker i’ve not decided on whether or not i’m going to return it over this.
