Fairly good at holding firearm in place securely. However, too wide, bulky and hot against the skin for my liking. It has a plasticy vinyl material against the skin that immediately causes sweating in a very large area.

My mid size Taurus G3C fits really snug. It might loosen up a little with more use. My full size Taurus PT-92 fits well. Only down side is the inside against skin is same material as outside and will make you sweat. Should be a cloth or non sticky inside.

Again, I would use this for a back waistband conceal carry because I am right-handed and this is a left-hand holster.
This would also be very comfortable in the side wasitband for lefties.
