   Coming from rotors for 10 + years , this is a breath of fresh air . I couldn’t ask for a better looking , feeling , and better working hopper that can keep up with my axe shooting 15 , 20 balls a second . No jams either . No brainer buy it

   Coming from the original spire it’s a little weird getting used to the shell being split down the middle but it also makes for some super easy maintenance. Downloading software through the app is super easy. The thing just works. Swapping back and forth between rain lid and speed feed is super quick. It may be just me but I feel like it feeds a lot smoother while shooting than my previous spire resulting in some buttery ropes coming out the barrel. Would recommend.

   This is a new age hopper; it’s lightweight, reliable, and sleek and low profile. It gets four stars because the speed feed fingers on mine broke after my very first game of speedball. Other than that issue, it’s an amazing hopper that is easy to disassemble and maintain.

    I’d like to give this hopper a review but unfortunately the spire IV I received was used and doesn’t even work. There was clear signs that it had been played with like dirt and paint in every crevice. I have called virtue Customer service many times and left messages but no one ever answers or calls back. I also submitted a message through their website and through email including pictures and order number. No response. I have been a long time dye rotor user and wanted to try a spire now that my 12 year old rotor finally quit. The unfortunate part about all this is that I had plans to play this weekend. Guess I’ll be borrowing a hopper. Update: ngclab.com replaced the item with a new one fairly painlessly. I still hope I never have a need to interact with virtue customer service in the future. They were unreachable.
