   I’ve had several range finders now and they all last about 3 to 4 years before needing replacing (120+ rounds/year). After owning a $250 Nikkon and a $300+ Bushnell, I learned that this isn’t the type of device you need to spend a lot of money on to get high-quality or good results. Whoops. Why spend more on a device to tell me (basically) the same number as a sub $100 device. I’m single digit handicap, and even that’s not good enough to care about a yard difference, if there’s even a difference by paying for a more expensive device. Needless to say, I’m very happy with the quality of this product! It quickly displays the number, and the vibration pulses when it locks on. It’s almost instant. The device I’m replacing had a lag, which was annoying despite only being a second or two. Magnet is strong. 20+ rounds later with this and it’s never come off the A-pillar of the golf cart. Size and weight are good. Slope works fine. I charged it day 1, and haven’t needed to charge yet. Optics have adjustable focus and are clear. 7x is plenty of zoom for golf. And charges by USB-C which is a bonus. If I was going to change 1 thing, it’s that the slope switch is a little too easy to switch on/off. Make that a bit tighter so it doesn’t click off accidentally. Maybe add a lock. It takes no time at all to just switch it back on, so I’ll chalk this up as a non-issue, but that’s the only real improvement that I could see for this price point. No issues so far, I would recommend this rangefinder to anyone that wants a good rangefinder at a decent price.

   I’ve been using the Moekearla rangefinder for the past few weeks, and overall, it has proven to been a great , inexpensive option for golfers and hunters. I like to golf and bow hunt. The slope feature is great for bowhunting to get the exact yardage. I much prefer this rangefinder over my last way more expensive rangefinder. One of the things that’s not really talked about is how quick it locks on to the target , which is important while hunting, because things happen fast . My previous rangefinder did not do this. The rangefinder is lightweight and has a nice rubber grip . It makes it easy to hold and lock on to the target, whether it be a flagstick or a deer😁 . The ergonomic design ensures it doesn’t slip, even in humid or rainy conditions. The buttons are intuitive, and the display screen is clear and easy to read. In terms of accuracy, the Moekearla rangefinder performed surprisingly well for its price point. During golf rounds, I tested it alongside higher-end models, and the readings were consistently within 1-2 yards of the more expensive devices. For hunting, it did a good job of locking onto targets like trees or game up to 800 yards. The 6x magnification was a nice bonus, offering a clear view of distant targets. Features: One standout feature is the flag-lock mode for golfers. It buzzes when it locks onto the pin, which gives confidence that you’re targeting the right spot. The slope adjustment feature is also handy, especially for courses with significant elevation changes. However, it can be turned off for tournament play. The rangefinder runs on a standard CR2 battery, which has held up well so far with no significant drain. It also has an automatic shutoff feature after a few seconds of inactivity to conserve power. Conclusion: For the price, the Moekearla rangefinder is an excellent value. It’s accurate, easy to use, and packed with features that rival more expensive models. If you’re a casual golfer or hunter looking for reliable performance without breaking the bank, this is a fantastic choice.
