   The product came well packaged and in a discreet box. Setup was pretty simple getting the finger print and passcodes set. My main issue is the lock itself was defective. With slightly more pressure, without entering any passcode, fingerprint or using the key, I could break into the safe. It opens right up turning the handle clockwise with some extra pressure. To me this is the MOST important part of a safe and should not be able to be compromised. The second small issue is that the removable shelf does not sit evenly on the tabs as they were welded on with one side higher than the other. I bought this safe to house a firearm, I have children, to me the lock is extremely important. The seller did an amazing job handling this issue and gave me a full refund with no issues.

   Overall would recommend and purchase again. Worth the price and the customer service is some of the best I’ve seen!
   From the beginning: arrived a week early which was a nice surprise. The outer box was dinged up but they do a great job packaging it so the actual unit was in perfect shape.
   I had an initial issue with the passcode. Customer service couldn’t have been more helpful offering written assistance, video explanations and offer of video call to trouble shoot. The kicker; I had goofed and missed a step, they were still so kind and understanding!
   There was a small issue but the door but was easily remedied with the help of their after-sales team.
   Customer service is very prompt, courteous, helpful and fair. This customer service and dedication has made me a dedicated customer!
   The safe would easily hold 5 rifles, the lock box on top is a nice size. The safe as a whole is sturdy and secure.
   If you’re looking for a solid rifle safe at a good price point, this is it in my opinion!

   It seems like this item has an overly inflated quality reviews, most likely thanks to bots. The item itself was easy to set up and had decent structure to it BUT it stopped working within a couple months of ownership. The biometric stopped reading specific fingerprint and would “unlock” for any finger, even after having been reset multiple times. Even more annoying, the handle just started to do a 240 degree swivel and because of that it no longer locks or is capable of locking. A gun locker that can’t lock is useless……. I notified the customer service and they offered me a 10% discount……………….. That’s only before they provided me with a link that wouldn’t open and requiring videos and images that couldn’t be uploaded due to the significantly low Max MB (5 MB) set on the messenger.
