- GREAT COMBINATION: The package includes one 1/2 inch Ar500 7″ x 12″ torso target, a 2×4 metal target hanger, Target painting stencils, and a target stand base with four ground spikes. (2×4 boards are not included).
- AR500 STEEL TARGET: The laser-cut 1/2-inch thick steel target is designed for outdoor shooting and range shooting. The steel plate is powder-coated for durability. The brightly colored steel plate lets you see clearly at the shooting range.
- TARGET STAND BASE: The sturdy base frame maximizes stability. Holes are drilled in each leg to attach to the ground with the included ground spike. The 2×4 target hanger holds the target at a 15-degree angle of inclination, helping to knock shrapnel off the ground.
- STEEL TARGET HANGER SET: Fits any 2×4 board and allows for multiple mounting options. If tightening is required, holes may need to be drilled in the board. Two black bolts are used to lock it in place and carriage bolts are used to mount the target. An extra carriage bolt is supplied as a spare.
- ENJOY SHOOTING: Personalize your shooting experience with Target Painting Stencils, For quickly paint any steel target and leave a bullseye pattern. This combo works with most pistols, handguns, and rifles. A pleasant tinkling sound can be heard when hitting. It is very suitable for shooting training and improving your shooting skills.

It’s pretty easy to put together. I have no idea what is called the “fastening iron sheet” does. I even checked the ad to see if there might be a clue there. Nope. No idea whatsoever. But they’re there…for some reason. As far as assembly, you need to have some idea about the height of the target. I just grabbed a 2×4 that looked about the right height. It is well though out in that it angles the target pad down to deflect the lead downward and the heavy spring helps to absorb most of the shock. The base has holes for mounting on skids for more stability. The price is pretty fair for a target that is safe for hunting loads and can stay in your site-in field.

I ordered the AR500 system to allow convenient practice. The 1/2” plate is withstanding the workout and my 2×4” wood stud is great for adjusting the plate up and down. I plan to use larger stakes to keep the plate from falling over since it is fairly top heavy. Lastly, I really like the spring behind the plate to provide flex.

… darned tough stuff. Have shot one (not this one) with a 1700fps solid copper projectile, at fairly close range, and it did not even get the slightest dent. This will handle pretty any handgun round and most rifle rounds with ease. Although the stencil is a nice touch, I’ll honestly probably never use it, figuring that if I can hit the steel consistently at 10 yards or so with a handgun, I’m good to go. Yeah, you’ll need to bring your own 2×4.
For what it is, what it does, and what it costs: Five Stars

What can I say about this? It’s exactly what is. You add a 2×4 and you have your own plinking target. It’s awesome! And for the price, how can you go wrong? It includes an ar500 steel silhouette target, a 2×4 attachment, and the stand. For the pieces that aren’t ar500 they are super thick and sturdy. This is a fantastic set for the $85 price tag. It also includes a stencil so you spray paint a target on the silhouette. Highly recommend!

Easy to set up after I got ahold of the 2×4. It’s makes too much noise if your gust in the woods but at a range if allowed it’s fine I have 3 of this type and I keep them at different distances to make practice more challenging
