   Perfect for a PCC or sub gun. But if you put this on a full-sized scattergun or battle rifle, that 1-inch-wide strap is going to let you know you should’ve gotten the wider version. Great quality. This is definitely NOT cosplay crap formed from Chinesium

   This sling is pretty nice, and is an interesting design that I have not used before. It’s a back-up sling, and you can attach it to the stock of a rifle and it is unobtrusive when it is secured with the silicon band. The camo pattern on the model I got was also interesting and done well. The MFDQ button works well, and once clipped into the socket, the connection is very secure. The one issue that prevented this item from being a five star sling is the quality of the webbing that was used. It is strong, but the edges are prone to get frayed, as I noticed after just a short while of working with the sling. For a back-up, I guess that’s fine, but for a primary, I can see this wearing out after only a season or two. Four Star Backup Sling

   I have been using SOB B-Slings for years. Where I used to work years ago, we sold these slings and over the course of my tenure there, I accumulated several of these slings and they are my absolute favorite. So much better than the Blue Force Vickers Slings. My old slings had HK and Mash Hooks, but I slowly updated them all to QD mounts, and I am glad to see that you can now order these with the proprietary MFQD mounts already installed, which work great. I’ll post some side-by-side pics of my old and new SOB slings for comparison (old version above the new version). I really like the minimalist design of these slings and they are made of the highest quality materials and components, and I really appreciate that they are entirely made in the USA. Be aware that when you order this sling, the attachment hardware is only on one end; the other end is open with two polymer triglides, so that you can either loop the sling onto a part on the rear of your rifle or you can add an additional piece of hardware of your choice. These slings can take a lot of abuse and they still adjust quickly and effortlessly and are worth the asking price. I also appreciate that this comes with one of their Tactical Combat Silicone Bands, which you can use for staging the sling on your rifle.

   I made a review with accurate objective description. I included pictures with the brand QD mount that worked and didn’t work. It did not work on my super duty or MI. Worked fine on Magpul and JP. I received notification it didn’t meet community guidelines.
