   This is a great soft gun case if your rifles will fit. My 18.5” Ruger M77 with scope just fits. My Tikka 270 is too long. My AR15 16” barrel with scope and red dot fits. My daughter’s savage 22 semi with scope fits. As someone else mentioned the interior is about 40”. Although if you put a rifle in at an angle you can get closer to 42”. Someone mentioned the lack of mag pouches. Not needed. Just buy a mag pouch to toss in the big pocket. Honestly mags come in different sizes calibers etc. It would be a waste to have dedicated 556 30rd mag pockets for folks that might not need it.

   This soft case is heavy duty well mage and has an American flag patch. I love it. You can very likely get more than two rifles in it but will need to add some extra padding to protect guns that are next to each other. I got this for a range bag and will be able to load up this bag with more rifles, pistols, ammo, bi pods, and equipment than I’d prefer to carry. Can’t go wrong with it. Would be nice if they offered a 48-50” version. Maybe they do??? I may add in some extra foam cushions to help keep rifles from shifting around.

   CVLIFE 42″ Soft Rifle Case Double Long Gun Bag I got this to give to my son as a gift. I am pleased with the case and would recommend it. I have a couple of bags made by Voodoo Tactical and I love them. This is not that and it should not be confused as such. The price of this bag compared to VT more than makes up for what it does not bring to the table. For storing and protecting a rifle, the bag does a good job. It may possibly be limited by length, but you know you’re buying a 42″ case, so expect it to do what a 42″ case can do. There is ample padding around the exterior of the bag. Internally, there is a padded divider. This divider is the only thing keeping 2 rifles stored in there from getting cozy. You do not want your rifles getting cozy. I believe this divider is as good as can be expected. It is amply padded and runs the length of the case internally. I had no issues with comingling of my firearms when I had 2 in there. There are triangle sleeves on both ends of the case for both rifle spots. These work, but because of the limitations of the straps inside, I’m not sure that they really do much. Speaking of those straps, they’re one of the reasons I’m knocking off a star. The straps go from the top to the bottom. You simply put the rifle in and velcro the strap across the firearm. This isn’t good enough though. The firearm can literally move uninhibited up & down inside of the case. It’s like having a seat belt on when the car isn’t moving. You can’t hit the windshield, but theres almost no scenario where you would. You can move around in your seat though. I don’t want my rifles moving around in their seat. Don’t get me wrong, there isn’t much of anywhere for them to go and they won’t touch each other. They can rub on the material though and I’d rather that not be the case. The build quality of the case is very good. The material feels just like my VT cases, and it probably is. The stitching is tight and professional, and the zippers work smoothly and flawlessly. The molle straps are fine and will work with typical molle attachments. The velcro is wanting. I wouldn’t trust any patch on there you aren’t willing to lose. I felt like they might come off easily. The storage pockets are great. There are two large compartments with some compartments inside. There is a lot of room. I don’t see any designated Mag pouches and that’s not idea, but also not the end of the world. Another reviewer states that this isn’t an AR bag, so why expect pouches that only fit AR mags? That’s fair, even if I don’t want it to be. Like I said, not the end of the world. The straps are a love / hate arrangement. I seldom use the backpack straps on these types of bags. However, I understand their utilitarian advantage and would use them if I needed to. That said, I doubt I’ll need them too often. This bag provides for that well though and I really like the way this part was designed. These backpack straps are very well made with great buckles and good padding. The straps can be “permanently” stored inside the pockets that are provided on the back of the case and easily deployed if you need them. They tuck away nicely and there shouldn’t be an issue of accidentally pulling them out. The “hate” part is with the shoulder strap. I’m going to use the shoulder strap a lot, as I expect many will. My expectation is that the shoulder strap be made well. This one isn’t. It looks like they took a shoulder strap off of cheap duffle bag (they probably did). It isn’t padded well and the snap rings and buckles are trash of the lowest quality. They could have easily put as much effort into the shoulder strap and made it as nice as the backpack straps I’ll never use. They didn’t. I’ll suggest my son buy another strap, but that sucks. So, besides the mag storage, shoulder strap, and the straps to secure the firearm, this bag is excellent. I’m only knocking 1 star off of the review for that and I believe that’s generous. I wanted to detail the explanation though, because I realize some people may consider this bag to be 3 star with those issues. Buyer beware, it is a nice bag, but not the best bag I’ve ever used. I would recommend if you understand it’s limitations.

   My husband is just thrilled with this!!! I do want to say that he is a hunting enthusiast and goes several times a year. Over the years he has collected a lot of small items that always go with him — knives, flashlight, etc. and this bag easily held 2 big guns, smaller guns, plenty of ammo, and had a very cool place to store every other single thing he takes with him. It is a wonderful and def quality case — incredibly organized and easy to see/find every single thing. I got the tan one because he uses black bags for other things and he really loved the looks of it. **ONE THING: CHECK SIZE — There are cases that are much larger that a more hardcore outdoorsman or military man might enjoy/need. IDK but assume some people take more guns, etc. for long trips… This one seems perfect, with room to spare, to my husband for his purposes! He packed it up with everything for a big weekend and had plenty of room left. He was thrilled with the quality and the storage capacity of so many different things. It is also very good-looking and has a choice to wear it as a backpack or carry by handle like a regular bag. Great product!

   I had an old plastic single rifle case and this is a major step up. It is lightweight, fits two rifles, and has ample amount of storage pockets. There is a mildly padded separator to keep the rifles from banging to each other and pockets at the ends to keep the barrel and stock in place and velcro straps. It has shoulder straps a chest strap to carry the bag on your back, and pockets to store the straps if they are not needed. The handle has fair padding and another handle on the back to help pull/maneuver the bag. The American flag moral patch is a nice touch. I wouldn’t throw the bag down the stairs with items in it but it is more than apple protection to transport back and forth to the range.
