- REMOVEABLE SNAGLESS CLAW: Reduced printing with a claw device that torques the grip into your body or carry without it. We mount the claw on the inside of the holster to prevent snagging.
- EXTERME HIGH HOLD METAL BELT CLIP: The Ridge IWB incorporates a 1.5” DCC Monoblock Clip that features two independent clip legs to maximize contact with your belt. The proprietary metallurgic process yields an extremely high clamping force to ensure your holster will not slip off your belt.
- OPTICS READY: Accommodates pistol mounted optics but is fully compatible without optics so you can carry how you want. Extended sight channel for higher look through sights.
- FULLY ADJUSTABLE: Adjust your retention and belt clip cant to your specs. Belt clip can be set to 0° to 15°.

Wow this is comfortable right out of the bag.
I tried it kidney and small of the back today and I forgot it was there. I think there’s a learning curve to using the metal hooks vs the leather snap straps and I’m using a heavy duty gunbelt that otherwise fits it perfectly. I tried for several minutes to get the hooks to catch. Once it did, the holster fit well and it was super easy to take off, but again, a learning curve.

Wanted something of a middle ground between the cheap Chinese knock-off holsters and the expensive (overpriced IMO) boutique Kydex holsters you find on ngclab.com, and this one nailed it. Retention was very stiff – too stiff at out of the box, but easily adjustable with a little loctite and a screwdriver. CYA seems to sell these in 3 levels – a very basic one with nonadjustable cant and plastic belt clip for $30-odd, a middle one with adjustable cant, a metal clip and a claw for $60-ish, and a high-end one with all of the above plus adjustable ride height. I went for the middle ground and was very pleased, it fit my M&P 2.0 (I bought the 4.2″ 9mm fullsize, but mine is actually 4″ 10mm) like a glove. Doesn’t print, top-mounted optic and suppressor-height sights slip in and out without interference, is locked in tight at the front of the trigger guard once it’s home. Was exactly what I was looking for at a good price point. Wish CYA would offer some of the alternate holster colors on their website through ngclab.com, but I imagine there are some price complications there between Prime and ngclab.com marketplace versus selling out of your own stock and can’t blame them there.

I’ve tried a few different holsters and this one has ticked all my boxes. The design is nice, the retention is good and can be adjusted to your liking it’s not spongy feeling like some other holster, the Pistol clicks in real good. It’s easy to setup, it’s lightweight but not flimsy and it secures pretty good. I have bought more for my other purchases as well, definitely recommend.

Traveled by jet, forgot to pack holster. Long cross-country car trip ahead, didn’t want to go unstrapped. Local shops had nada in stock for my pistol. Desperately searched ngclab.com for IWB holster that was sized for my Canik MC9 with optic (few options in Fall, ’24). CYA had the best looking offering, so I took the chance. So glad I did! After adjusting the tension, holster fit my gun like a glove! Double clips hold holster securely to belt, no shifting. Clears optic with no problem.
Gun is easy to reholster. Holster works great for 3:30 carry position, comfortable and secure! The wing attachment effectively prevents printing. My original holster now resides in my holster box of shame with my old 90’s era fanny pack and thunderwear holster!
