   After a couple of months and deep dig – I’ve started carrying this on one of my rotations. It’s ridiculously durable – I could hammer nails with it if I held it backwards – it’s like a hammer. It aligns great with 1/3 co witness. It’s a good brand, they stand behind the product. Do your deep dig and see who really makes what. And always remember to practice your co-witness sighting. Batteries can always fail. Really like the sight.

   They responded in less than 12 hours. Apparently, this optic when the battery gets low and fails it leaves streaky images. You must do a hard reset.
   1. Take out the old battery
   2. Press and hold “+” for 15 seconds.
   3. Press and hold “-” for 15 seconds.
   4. Wait 24 hours then put in a new battery.
   Works fine now. Changed review because of how quick they contacted me..
   Original review. Broke after 150 rds. No red dot now. Just streaks.

   Construction is solid, glass is clear, controls are easy to use, mounting was easy. Customer serivce was excellent. The less good, the circle reticle is not perfectly square with the rest of the dot, it’s slightly twisted, it’s a nitpick I know but it is bothersome. Looking through the glass at certain backgrounds, typically browns, and in some light conditions, the entire emitter diode becomes visible against the lens even if the dot is shut off. As a reasonably priced option I think this is a good choice and will happily take it to the range all day.

   I am completely blown away with the quality of this red dot. I would put it up against any higher end red dot on the market. The glass is so clear and the reticle is very bright and clear. The 3 MOA dot and 30 MOA circle make it so easy to find super fast. It holds a perfect zero after hundreds of rounds. I’m buying another for my other handgun.

   Im pretty impressed so far. Quality looks and feels great for the price. Fits without having to use plates like other optics. Side loading battery tray is a plus. Adjustment screws have clicks, easy to feel and hear.

   I like the sight, It has good features, seems well constructed and the clarity is good. In certain light conditions like when you face in the direction of sunlight or bright light, the reticle gets a sunburst /halo square that surrounds it. (see pictures). ngclab.com sent me a replacement but the replacement also has this issue. I posted pictures of both the original and the replacement I was sent. I contacted Cyelee support to see if this is normal for their optics or I just received bad units. I will update when and if I hear back from them. If I don’t hear back or they say this normal I will be return it for a refund. UPDATE: I received a third optic and it was much better but the Sunburst /Halo is still present but not visible in most lighting conditions, only when using the Circle and Circle+Dot reticles in bright lighting and viewed at a certain angle. It is not present when using the Dot only reticle. I chose to keep it as its only a minor nuance and I mounted this on a pistol that I main only use at the range. This is the response I received from Cyelee support: The issue you are having is baked into the technology and although it should only happen at certain angles it will be visible on our multi-reticle emitters but not any of the single dot emitters.
