   I now own 6 of these cameras and I am happy with the quality of the video and pictures. It did give me some blank ones but I also had a lot of wind for branches and grass. I like the screen so you can quickly check out the recording. I am now thinking about getting two of the cellular ones with the solar panels. I use rechargeable batteries and they do last a while. I am thinking about putting the cell cameras high so I won’t be able to switch out memory cards. I would just note that if you don’t switch out batteries quickly then the date and time need fixed. We got the big ten pt buck in the video and I appreciate the cameras to help track him. I got all of them on sale and it is worth the sale price by my opinion. These are also my first trail cameras.

   I bought this cam and three A3S Gardepro cams. All three A3S cams are working as expected with excellent trigger speed. This A5 trail cam works as well but eats up batteries like crazy. I deducted a star for the initial cost being higher than it should and one star for eating up batteries. I will not be purchasing any more of these but will purchase more A3S cams
   Update : I lowered the pixel rate on this camera to the middle setting and as a result. the batteries last as well as the AS3 Gardepro.

   I have had this camera for a few months and initially it operates as expected. Then it started not recording at night but would record during the day. I changed batteries and that worked for a short period before the videos were intermittent as I ran another camera side by side and it captured videos that the A5 did not. I contacted Customer Support and they gave me talked about the batteries and cold weather effecting battery life. So I replaced them with Lithium batteries and things improved a little. Then it would record videos that appeared as though there was heavy fog and little to nothing could be seen, then finally when I went to review last night’s videos the message displayed was No photos or video available for display. I tested the batteries and they were still fully charged. I contacted Customer Support again and they asked for a video for them to review even though I told them there is nothing to review. I saw a similar review in relation to this same model camera on ngclab.com and I feel as though I am getting the run around and that they will do anything to NOT rectify the problem.
   Should you purchase this camera and have any issues before the first month is up send it back and get a refund immediately as Customer Support is not helpful and will avoid exchange or repair as stated with their warranty.

   I purchased this for my husband as a Christmas gift. He went out in the woods that day to hang it. He waited a month to check out the pictures. He said the quality was the best out of his other cameras. Good clear night pics as well as day pics. . He even had videos. The battery was still going strong as the other brand cameras were already dead and quality grainy. He will be buying g more to replace the others! Def recommend

   There’s a good variety of camera setups you can choose from. Reaction time is good. Videos are great. I wasn’t expecting the audio quality and was pleasantly surprised. The video file size is about 10MB each. SD card size will be a limiting factor. I put in a 128 GB SD and have no space issues. The camera’s menu is easy to navigate. Night vision is at least 80 feet with good resolution.

   The GardePro A5 Trail Camera works very well. The response time is not as short as advertised, but it picks up the action fairly quickly. I use it at night to see what animals visit our yard and so far have recorded fox, skunk, possum, and raccoons. The video is high quality at night, making identification easy. I would recommend.
