   The hooks have very simple yet effective design to hold themselves on the wall panels. Ones from other brands only have one point of contact to hold in place and constantly come off, but this one, with simple rotation mechanism, allow to have two points of contact. I will never have to worry about when taking down my things off from the wall panel and accidentally take off the hooks. The paint has an elegant finish as well. Ordered one set, and I’m ordering more.

   I have wanted something to organize my firearms, but I’m a little on the fence about this gun rack. I think it looks nice, and it seems pretty solid but I have a couple issues. One issue is that it is missing the horizontal hooks that were advertised, which is the only way I can hang my AR so I can’t display it. I think the racks themselves are pretty good- the grooves hold the different hooks well and the hooks have a locking knob on them so they don’t slide around but… $200 for a few pieces of plastic and some hooks is too much. You can get a full-size solid steel electronic gun safe for LESS than this. I’m pretty bummed about the missing hooks though because it was the whole reason I got it.

   Yes it is made of plastic, no not that kind of cheap plastic. It is made of 6mm thick PVC, really tough, offer good rigidity with relatively light weight. As mechanical engineer, actually this is the best quality PVC peg board I’ve ever seen, no defects or cracks upon inspection, very evenly manufactured and carefully cut. Really appreciate all the included brackets and holders, nice accessories. And with an interesting design too – they all come with this “Quick Lock / Quick Release” knob, which makes it super easy to install or adjust configuration, AND fix-in-place while under heavy load. x4 rifle holders and x4 handgun brackets included, all holder surface come with some kind of soft treated layer, like rubber. I guess that’s supposed to not scratch any metal surface, very considerate I’m overall satisfied with this purchase. Good enough for me.

   Well it is not bad at all. No instructions. Constructed well, hooks works perfect. Bought 4 more pistol holders. Mounted it to wall. Screws went in easy. So I put 4 pistol holders both left side and right. In the center I used the rifle holders. Holding two ARs well. Holds all weapons well, no issues. Now if you have any revolvers 5 in or longer barrel. You have to face them the opposite way to be held. Now why a 4 star, well I dont see trays to use so I can hold magazines or bullets. Maybe they will make them.
