Value to price ratio is unbearable. Sturdy, heavy-gauge steel construction. Setting the passcode is a little tricky because the button is hard to find initially (inside drawer, on top left side .mounted on underneath of top)
The fingerprint reader works well enough. Don’t really use the app, as I don’t have a need. The app is actually a general-purpose app meant to support any IoT device, so it could be confusing to some people.
All in all, for the money you can’t beat it

This safe has some problems.
1) The physical keyhole and battery compartment are awkwardly placed. The keyhole is located on the bottom towards the back, and the battery compartment is located at the back towards the top… so if you need to use the keys or change the batteries, it’s very hard to get to. At some point the batteries will die so this is an issue.
2) The mount isn’t as secure as it could be. There’s basically one small screw securing the safe to the mounting bracket, and it’s very awkward to mount. They did include a second small screw, but there’s no screw hole for it.
3) I set both a password and my fingerprint, but it only accepts one or the other. I like having multiple options for opening a safe so if one fails I’m not out of luck. This flaw is kind of a deal breaker.
4) The “5” key doesn’t always work for me.
For these reasons, I can’t recommend this safe.

Sturdy, very durable, and easy to set up. The fingerprint scanner responds well with no problems so far. Comes with instructions on how to changed your code/fingerprint, how to mount it to various places— like your bedside table, wall, closet, etc. You can also unlock/lock your safe via an app or physical key.
