I got this setup as a newbie getting into it. I’ve really enjoyed it. The gear it comes with has held up well for several casual plays and doesn’t appear to be a problem any time soon. The marker is a really good starting point. Not having CO2 especially on colder mornings is nice and keeps your view unobscured. Being able to go with an electric hopper adds to the value and quality. The pods and carrier are nice to have on hand. Plus for the most part I have found that as I’ve gotten better, I use more paint due to playing more aggressive.
I bought this setup about a year or more ago and I still like this marker and kit. If I were to have gone with a different setup it would have just been doing a little more research to see what used options were available at the pro shops on site of paintball courses in my area. However, being unsure how into paintball I would turn out, this has been a great starting point.
