When I ordered this pack, I was skeptical and was about to order the 2DAP. When this pack came in I was stunned and still am. At 1/3 the price of the 2DAP, this pack is fantastic. I like the way is hugs in close to the body, the pockets (and lack of them). Pockets can get you lost in your pack and add weight to it. This pack for under about $75.00 is amazing. Light weight, comfortable, just the right size for day hikes. The two outer side pockets will hold a 16oz water bottle we buy at local vendors, fits just perfect. I plan and have installed a water bladder, but giving it a try to explore my options.
If you give this pack a try, I’d bet you will be amazed and satisfied also.

First Mardingtop purchase and very pleased. My use has been on the lighter side so I cannot speak to durability at this point. Quality of material and design of backpack are great. I have purchased two Mardingtop utility pouches and added one to the front of the backpack using molle features. Feels like a lot of thought went into this pack and how the pockets and storage options are structured. I would recommend and plan to purchase more Mardingtop products in the future.

Well made and comfortable. The molle system lets me add a hard hat bag and extra pouches for my safety gear. The storage areas are well laid out and make it easy to store and retreive my computer, iPad, headphones, etc. Good pack for a reasonable price.
