   Good deal for what you get. Dueling trees like this cost a lot of money so being able to get a kit and build it yourself is a nice option. You just need some angle iron and your good to go. It took a little trial and error to get it working but it was worth the trouble and is a really fun target to shoot at.

   The AR500 plates are great, they can really take some abuse. The kit comes with short tubes that you will weld onto self supplied angle stock so you can remove or even replace if needed, the plates. That makes transportation very easy. Just make sure you follow the guidelines and mount the tree leaning forward so that the plates swing and lock into place. This is a really great kit and I am very happy with it.

   These 6” dueling tree targets were cut very precisely, and they have no burrs. They are heavy enough and perform well with most target loads for .45, 9mm, .38 and smaller. The metal is a little thin for premium ammo. The tubes are brightly polished and very smooth. You have to make your own stand, and I made mine out of angle iron with a removable vertical post for easy storage and transport.
