I deployed 2 of my 3 mobile trail cams but I was unable to get pics of any wildlife. I called support and got a recording telling me the line was very busy and to talk to someone on line (text). After texting my issues and ask about my setup, I was told I needed to talk to a technician, but it cost me to talk to one. (If a technician was available for money why couldn’t one be available on the initial call). I called a second time with the same results and it would have cost me more money to talk to a technician. I put one of my SD card trail cams next to the Moultrie and received plenty of deer pics but non from Moultrie. I went on YouTube and accessed videos of others setting up their Moultrie for pics, but to no avail, my Moultrie gave me pics of scenery but no wildlife. Maybe I have not did something right with setting up my Moultrie but I would think support for this product would be more readily available. I would not buy another one.

You will really start to dislike these cameras. Roughly after about 30 days which is past the time when you can get your contract money back. They slowly start to quit working you call you troubleshoot then they quit working again you call you troubleshoot you do this several times you spend a lot more energy trying to keep them up and running then you do getting to use them. And then when you call to at least get a prorate on your one year contract they inform you that you only had 30 days. And they again offer to troubleshoot. These are the most aggravating cameras I’ve ever had to deal with and customer service is even worse. Don’t buy these cameras.
