- Based on US ALICE Pack, convert the external frame to internal frame without reducing the softness of the back. While ensuring the camouflage elements, it is more suitable for daily use.
- ALICE pack C1 main compartment (20.8” x 13.8” x 8.6”(53cm x 35cm x 22cm), 3pcs pouch size 8.6” x 7.5” x 3.5”(22cm x 19cm x 9cm). Capacity: 50L.
- Three utility pockets on the outside, with strap and buckle are provided for miscellaneous items. The top flap has a pocket with a zipper sealed closure.
- ALICE C1 Rucksack padded and easily adjustable shoulder straps help relieve pressure. Quick Release Buckle allows the whole pack to drop immediately while in emergency situation.

As an Eagle Scout I remember having budget discussions with my parents about various packs once I got a bit more serious about backpacking. Once I ditched the external frame packs, those internal frame ones could get pricy fast. As a parent now, I can appreciate the functionality this one brings to the table at a price that’s in line with what I was paying 2 decades ago!
I should mention that I approached this pack as a camouflage internal hiking bag… not really an ALICE pack. For one I wasn’t in the military and secondly, ALICE is a bit outdated anyways.
What I can say is that there’s quite a bit of room, lots of adjustability, and for the price is a good value pack. I don’t see any loose threads or immediate build problems… the shoulder straps are sufficiently padded… and you’ve got features comparable to most internal frame packs on the market for considerably more money. We’re just doing small hikes with younger kids so I can’t speak to real durability but if nothing else this is a very solid beginner internal frame pack for young scouts, etc.

Really liked the modernized features: buckles, zippered pouches and idea of the internal frame style. But there’s no hip padding so all the weight goes on your shoulders. And the shoulder straps, while thick and padded, lay flat and dig into your traps. If you have flat shoulders maybe you’ll be ok. I loaded it up and was uncomfortable within 15 minutes. Back to the old style Alice I go.
