   This kit is amazing however I do already have an issue with it, you cannot easily put the flashlight flexible arm back into the box. Two, when pulling the cleaning rod the whole pole popped out and I had to resort to grabbing a pair of pylers to get the job done. In addition the rod easily bends. But overall there nothing out there with this many features, I still highly recommend it.

   What a great cleaning kit. The plastic case is thick and heavy to hold up any fire arm. It has an arm that has a flashlight which is super handy. It has everything you’ll need.

I had a bench and drawers with various kits and brushes that was fine for home use, but was a bit of a challenge to put various items in a range bag.    Paid close to $210 for this, it was delivered with one of the rubber feet missing. Not a big deal, I’ll just call them, or message them through ngclab.com and ask them to send me 1 rubber foot, so the container doesn’t wobble when I’m cleaning. Well silly me for thinking that was an option. You cannot talk with a human if calling them, they just direct you to the website to fill out a “request” for contact. On ngclab.com, no option for contacting seller, only “return or replace”. Way to go Real Avid, good game, this will definitely be the last item I purchase of yours. I cant count how many other items I’ve bought for myself, or gifts for someone else, not any more. I will purchase all my supplies and gifts from your direct competitor from now on. Make Customer Service Human Again.
