Update- I contacted the seller who informed me to contact the manufacturer. So I did on 29 Oct. I got an automated message that my claim was received and once reviewed they would advise if it was covered. If so I would receive information to return the product. Once I return the product it can take up to 21 days to process before I will be sent a new one. Here we are almost the end of 01 Nov and still no additional communicattion. Tried to use the protection plan purchased on ngclab.com when we bought the camera and was advised to contact the seller .Well we know what they will say . So I guess we wait. Unfortunately it rained last night so the images on 5 of the 6 zones are now obscured by moisture. I wouldn’t think it would take 3 days to let someone know if their product is under warranty due to moisture. But we shall see what happens. We thought about putting it in some rice but I really don’t want to do anything in fear they will say it voided the warranty… We recently purchased this camera for our back yard. And until recently the picture was perfect. Then over the weekend we decided to move it and noticed moisture inside the lense area. We had hoped that maybe after a couple days being in it’s new spot where it got more sunlight it would perhaps dry itself out. But that has not happened. I have contacted the seller to see what we can do to correct the issue. So I’m hopeful they will be able to assist. Other than that this camera is fantastic. Little disappointed with the data package. Says unlimited but it means unlimited photos, not video. Only 10 videos are allowed a month. But we can deal with that.

If water gets in behind the glass it basically will ruin the camera and make it so no pictures will be clear. The sol pack is a must. Have not changed a battery in six months the.

Absolutely HORRIBLE, do not waste your money. Apparently the Revolver 360 has very well known issues with condensation inside the camera lens and they won’t do anything about it
