   I didn’t know how much I really needed this until I got it – wow! I’ve had it a week or so and it already made changing the rear sight on a 1911 super easy, and held my all-steel vintage Model 12 easily fine for some work. I use c-clamps to secure it (v. drilling holes and bolting it down) and it’s super sturdy.

   Packaging was excellent.! Set up is as easy as taking it out of the box. Tipton really knows what they’re doing with craftsmanship and quality materials. Tipton Best Gun Vise 360 is top notch. Almost every other website had them listed as sold out.. and a bit more expensive than here on ngclab.com.. don’t waste time and money looking at the other overpriced and OVERRATED gun vises.. you know which ones. Tipton nailed this one out of the park and I look forward to extending my shop with more Tipton products.

   Absolutely amazing! I bought this to hold various platforms to mount muzzle devices for suppressors. It took one day to get it at my doorstep and I got all the guns ready to QD a suppressor in no time. I was concerned that the screw lock tension wouldn’t be enough to torque 22ft pounds on my muzzle devices. It actually stops at a certain angle so you don’t have to worry about relying on the tension. This is awesome!!! Great product!!! Did exactly what I needed it to do!!!!!!!!!

   I love this vise, everything about it. Especially the fact it doesn’t have to be stationary you can use a clamp with it and when your done store it away, it’s also super nice! Holds every firearm I have perfectly and rotates any way you want it to. There really couldn’t be any better vise out there for any firearm. This is the one, grab it!

    Unfortunately, the ball joint that makes this vise so adjustable is also its downfall. It can’t hold strong enough for any serious work, like punching out sights, stabilizing a sight pusher, etc. It doesn’t take much force to cause the vise to slip out of position, rendering it useless for many tasks you need a vise for. The tensioning handle for the ball joint is also a very odd, uncomfortable shape, making adjusting the tension far more awkward than a simple T handle would have afforded. The handle is plastic, so using a tool to add additional tension is not advised. It’s worth mentioning that my first order was missing the soft vise pads. An email to Tipton went unanswered for over a week. By the time I had already returned the vise and received a new one through ngclab.com, I finally received an email from Tipton asking if I had really checked the box to be sure the pads were missing. I was of the understanding that Tipton has a great reputation. I was very disappointed in this poor quality item and the lack of service from its manufacturer.
