The dual spectrum in PIP is more useful to me than some thermal overlaid nvds that are orders of magnitude more expensive.
Finally, there is a NV/THERMAL that is better than just it’s sensor stats. The way it all works together is great. I can’t believe they can keep up with demand for these. Everyone should have one.

I mounted the scope on my 308 and it worked great for the first couple of shots. However, it turned off on me twice after firing 15 rounds. I am an engineer and I suspect that the battery’s retention spring is disconnecting for a split second during the recoil. DNT probably needs to put a capacitor in line with the battery to stay on during a momentary recoil battery disconnect.

It punches way above its price range. What a great scope. There is certainly a learning curve to it as it has so many features, but once you get a hang of it makes shooting very accurate and spotting an animal insanely easy. Battery life is great, but certainly helpful that it comes with 2 batteries.

I love this thing, she works great. As everyone knows and agrees, you get more options and things with this scope for the best price. Maybe someday someone can make something better for the cheap expense of this one. I’m leaving a 5 star review because I know the difference between button top 18650s and flat top 18650. The directions say flat top 18650 only, so I never tried putting a bunch of button top 18660 batteries into it. There’s a huge amount of great deal flat top on ngclab.com, so I bought more. This scope works so great and now I have like 10 batteries for it.
