   I have a Gammo Outback Maxxim pellet gun. The scope mounts they sent with the scope will not fit the rail on my gun. The ones that came with the scope are too wide. I was able to mount the scope using the ones that came with the factory scope, but I was not able to zero the scope. It never shoots the same. I removed the scope and was able to hit the target without any type of sight at all, so I know the gun is shooting fine. But with the scope, sometimes the shot doesn’t even land on the target at all, a good 12 inches off.

   I wish they marked the turrets so you know which way to turn for up and down and left and right there is no arrow or any indications. It takes 10 clicks to find out I’m going the wrong way..
   As mentioned the loose fitting flip up caps are really flip off caps. Range estimation is really an estimate.
   But I do like almost everything else about this scope. It does what its supposed to do, Its good looking, well built, and fairly clear. With the inexcusable absence of turret makings I just can not give it more stars.

   I installed this on my rifle and I am very impressed!! It’s comparable to my Vortex Diamondback HD that I paid over $500 for. Not only is this scope’s objective lens slightly bigger, (same zoom), this one has a tri-color lighted reticle and seems just as clear at 200yards. I have a 6.5 Creedmoor so not much recoil. 30+ shots already and it’s still holding zero at 200 and I’m hitting close to 1 MOA.

    Love this scope. High quality item for an amazing price. Very clear, no yellowing, solid. Liked it so much, I bought two more. So far they’re installed on an AR, a .17 and a .22.     This ended up on a .22 air rifle but started on an AR. It did fine on the AR but was only on there because, though I have numerous scopes of higher and lower power, somehow I have never had a 4-16. I think they are so common for good reason, and probably make more sense than 6-24 in the real world. This is a budget scope, and it does a better job than it has any right to for the price. The glass has no obvious problems, the turrets are pretty good, and the parallax operates smoothly. Two things bugged me, one fairly substantial. 1) The reticle illumination glares the tube. Even turned way down, in low light, there is tube glare. I find this hard to live with. 2) Not a biggie, but since the parallax adjustment is at the front, you cannot actually mount the front lens cover as the open cap is almost certain to hit the rifle while adjusting parallax. Related note; the sun shade is nice, but absurdly long.
