   When I first unboxed this, I was a bit disappointed, and was going to send it back, but I ended up mounting it and have now shot over 1000 rounds with it. (Reciprocating slide, 9mm)
   Pros: It’s an RMR/SRO footprint so it’s easy to find a plate. The 2moa red dot is daylight bright even in full sun, it seems to be more of a 4moa on full power. The refresh rate is good enough that you don’t get a lot of spider webbing. Holds zero 100%. I’m still using the original battery after 6 matches and it’s still bright.
   Cons: This is not an SRO. Compared to an SRO the window on the USA is not as large and the glass is not quite as clean. (Very minor differences if I’m to be fair to the price point) The biggest issue I had was mounting the optic onto my plate. The optic was just the tiniest bit off but with a little garage gunsmithing, I made it work.
   I hate to say “for the money it’s worth it” as sometimes people are turned off by that but it is definitely cost effective. In my opinion it’s a good budget optic.

   ***UPDATE: DID NOT WORH WITH NEW BATTERIES, CONFIRMED RETURN AFTER FURTHER INSPECTION, PLEASE CHECK PHOTOS AND READ FURTHER: Went out and got a pack of new CR1632 batteries and tried one in, still would not turn on. Double checked instructions, tried every button combination possible just incase the directions were some kind of poor translation. Nothing. Figured I look at the windage and elevation adjustments as a last resort and that’s when I noticed thar the notches looked to be all buggered up by someone previously. Check the uploaded picture. Packing it up and returning. I actually want to try and get a replacement because if it would actually turn on it feels like a decent red dot for a range toy. Will update again after hearing seller response and/or receiving a working replacement.*** Not sure if I’m receiving someone else’s return but there was already a battery inside the compartment despite the directions indicating it should have initially been empty and I’m supposed to be putting the battery in as part of the beginner guide steps. That battery was dead. Going through the included hardware there was another battery but it was a size too large for the battery compartment. So the instructions says it should come with two batteries and I got one dead one pre-installed and one that’s the wrong size. I gave it two stars for now, cause right now I don’t even know if this thing works but I’m going to have to make a trip to the store buy batteries to find out. Potentially 1-star if I buy batteries and it still doesn’t work. Redeemable if it works with new batteries and/or the seller reaches out with an explanation.

   This optic is top quality, with a large (but not too large) sight window. The red dot is very bright and well defined, plus the field of view is amazing. Very tactical on/off and brightness buttons. Very much like $550.00 red dots. Also, the shape is clean and simple, ie professional. Buy one!

   I was transitioning to a new duty belt and I dropped my Safariland Model 6390rds ALS holster. Those not familiar with the model of holster should know that this is an enclosed red dot capable holster, meaning the red dot is completely encased like the firearm in high quality polymer. The holster locks on the frame so no part of the holster is touching the slide or the optic. I dropped the holster containing the unloaded firearm onto a tile floor from about 1 meter height when I pulled it off of my old duty belt. This caused the glass of the optic to completely shatter even though the weight (remember – unloaded) was pretty light. That means nothing would have hit the optic, meaning just the shock of the fall busted the glass. This type of performance makes this item a complete NO GO for anything but airsoft.

   Great sight at a reasonable price.
   Mounted with a 1/2 inch riser on a SUB2000 Gen 3 and I’m impressed. Came with RMR and picatinny mounts, mounting & adjustment tools, rubber protective cover, and 2 batteries. It’s 200+ rounds in and the dot is crisp with no haze and holds zero. I really like the fact that it’s rugged but not chunky like a lot of red dot sights. You get a quality product for your money. This sight is a winner.

   Mounted this red dot on a 44 Magnum pistol. Took several shots to zero. Shot ten more to verify zero. The next day the pistol was accidentally dropped from a height of approximately two and a half feet. The pistol hit concrete at the twelve o’clock position of the lens housing. The impact caused the glass to crack in the upper portion of the window (crack must be between laminations of glass as the crack can’t be felt). The red dot still worked. I went to the range and verified the pistol was still zeroed. It took a substantial impact with glass damage but it did maintain zero. The housing around the window is pretty thin and I didn’t expect it would take much abuse, and I was correct. I would not recommend this red dot for a gun that may experience some abuse/rough handling but I would recommend it for a range toy that gets babied.
