I've had this for a few weeks and finally got a chance to take it into the range for a test. This optic is on my Bushmaster lower Yankee Hill TJ 300 Blk upper. I got on the paper pretty easy (factory setting was pretty high in elevation), and zeroed in about 5 or 6 shots. For indoor I used the lightest brightness setting and was getting fantastic groups at 50 yards. Even at 75 yards, which is the distance on the picture I attached, I was shooting dead center no problem. Bottom line is this optic is fantastic and worth every penny. I chose this over an EoTech because of the insane battery life and simply because I took a look through an EoTech at the local cabelas and I didn't like it one bit. Go to a store or find a friend that has one and take a look through prior to making any purchases. This optic is reliable, precise, user friendly, and worth the extra money if you're considering getting an entry level red dot. Learn from other people's mistakes and just get this optic from the get go, you won't regret it! 7/10/2018 Update: I just want to say that years later after purchasing this red dot I think I want to buy another one... I actually sold this Aimpoint PRO to finance a Precision bolt action style rifle. Since then however, I've built a new AR-15 with a 14.5" barrel and a pinned flash hider with the intention of being a CQB / Home defense style rifle. After reviewing a lot of other red dots, scopes, and various optics the Aimpoints are still an unbelievably reliable and proven optic. I had mine on for years and the battery never went out. At 100 yards I was able to shoot 2 inch groups with slow fire. I'm considering a couple other optics solutions currently as I shop for my new AR, but for the price and track record I think the PRO is a solid choice.

  • They did an amazing job with the packaging and delivery of the safe, reviews about chipped corners and what not made me weary but I gave it a shot.. this thing is heavy.. and high quality.. one complaint I have is the mounting stuff provided is for concrete, not wood. No problem tho I had some jag screws that worked perfect. Also had to cut the key for the safebox inside because I don't want that locked and wanted a handle on it, but the key is too big to shut the main door if it's in the small door, but good pair of shears fixed that problem. Honestly very happy with this purchase

  • Really a nice sight. The solar back up is very cool. Shake awake is a nice addition as well. Adjustable brightness. I like that it turns off after 2 minutes of no use,as I always forget to turn off. The sight adjustment is very accurate and easily adjusted.

  • It's definitely not protools but it will come in handy when you need to see on the dark. I'm not doing an unboxing review as there are already a few so I recorded some video to show you the quality. It's decent for the price. It has good clarity and ability to focus manually. The infrared seem to be really powerful and lights up everything. I'm surprised at how clear things are at over 200 yards away. The POV is magnified some by default which is kind of a bummer, but overall it works. If you need something like this to throw in your go bag you can't beat the price for the quality. It comes with some kind of head gear that I can't figure out so it's easier to just hold it like binoculars when using. You can attach it to a tripod or something as well which is good. The instructions are very minimal. You can move the cross hairs in the screen in case you want to mount in to a pewpew, which is a plus. Not sure how long the battery lasts. It's been on for 30 minutes and still shows a full charge. Overall, for the price it's good.

  • Tried out this solar-powered trail camera, and I have to say, it seems to be made quite well. The build quality is solid, and it's a nice touch that the camera is solar-powered, which could save on charging time. In terms of camera quality, it looks decent when I used the app to view footage. The app itself is functional, though I didn't get to fully utilize it in the way I had hoped. I was hesitant to pay for a subscription after already purchasing the camera, so I wasn't able to explore all the features that require a subscription. As of now, I've only been able to use it as a basic recording camera. After capturing footage, I had to remove the storage card and plug it into my computer to view the files. While this isn't a huge inconvenience, it's not ideal. Overall, while I like the solar power feature and the camera seems well-built, I do wish the app had more accessibility without the need for an additional subscription.

  • This worked beautifully. My Dad and I took a 10 foot pipe and cut it into one 38 inch piece for the cross bar and four 20.5 inch pieces for the legs. My family has spent a few nights plinking these targets with our 22s. The assembly was very easy and the steel plates are great quality. I haven't shot anything larger than a 22 at it yet and that was at about 40 yards. So I didn't have any issues with the plates falling off the hangers like other reviews have mentioned. However I can see that being an issue with a more powerful round. We were thinking of using a zip tie to secure the plate to the hanger. An inexpensive quick fix. Overall, my family and I are very pleased with this product.

  • Pineworld biometric compact gun safe is very well made and extremely secure....very easy to operate with several ways to enter the safe.....safe opens automatically with no physical strenth needed...... fingerprint reader is very accurate and works very efficiently....safe can hold two full size pistols and extra clips easily....very durable and easy to secure with included cable..... keeps weapons and other personal item safe from unwanted access and prevents dangerous situations....definitely worth the aski ng price

  • I have to tweak and turn the focus circular knob that the whole scope turns in the scope holder. I wish I had tested this right after I purchased this so I could return/replace it. It crushes my fingers to turn it at all.

  • This red dot uses a CR1632 battery and can be used for up to 4000 hours continuously. It does, however, have the Shake Awake Technology installed that will automatically shut the red dot off after 5 minutes and not being moved. If the system senses any movement at all, it will automatically turn on the red dot at the previously set intensity. With is system, battery life can be extended to much greater that 4000 hours. Only down side, the CR1632 is not as common a battery and not as powerful as some others. It uses a top load system makes changing the CR1632 battery a breeze, as you will not have to remove your sight to change the power source. The Red Dot is a 3 MOA dot that allows rapid target acquisition while providing a precise point of aim. The footprint of this device is compatible with Vortex Viper/Burris Fastfire. This Red Dot is well built and has the modern features shooters are looking for. The price is Awesome as well.

  • Everything about the sniper mk6-24x50sal rifle scope exudes quality. This is one fine scope! I placed it on my 30-06 which is usually pretty good at 300 yds, bore sighted it and zeroed it. The zero adjustments are pull up, turn to click, push down to lock. Target selection is easy with the big optics and being big lets in a lot of light. Eye relief is good except at high magnification where vignetting makes getting a full view tricky. Eye to scope at 24x has a 1/2" window. At lower powers you can move your eye about 1" or more and still see everything. There is a supplied allen wrench to adjust the mounts. The supplied manual is sparse but has everything needed. The 6-24 zoom is awesome for precision. The dioptor adjust works very well. Once sighted in it held zero throughout the day of firing. The baffling on the front optic kept the afternoon sun from being a problem when it got in the way. It would also keep the lens from being seen down range. The illuminated (red/green/blue) reticule (2032 batteries included) works quite well in twilight. I love that the end caps are fixed and flip up. Nothing to get lost. There is an included screw on sun shade and lens cloth to keep everything clean. The reticule is sharp and usable over the field of view, but not so big as to cover the target. It doesn't get in the way. With red illumination turned on, the image is quite nice. This is the third scope I have from this manufacturer. This is the best of the bunch. If you're looking for something long range that is less than 1/3 the cost of a decent rifle this is it. I would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat. Good stuff.

This is my first Triton scope, and I am seriously impressed with it. It's a high quality, very well purpose-built scope that will serve you well. It uses BDC1-F reticle, but I’d say it’s closer to a simplified Vortex’s EBR-9 MOA reticle and designed for use with 55gr .223 ammunition. This reticle is designed for the quick target acquisition in short range but can be used for medium and long range shooting as well thanks to bullet drop and windage compensation reference. Magnification can be easily adjusted between 1x and 6x by turning the ring located on the eyepiece side, featuring a small throw lever that makes life easier. Note that this is a first focal plane scope, meaning the reticle with zoom, and you increase magnification, keeping the reticle reference markings consistent! FFP for the win! Also, I need to point out that 1x is not exactly 1x. Very close, but I feel it’s still a bit different. I think it's about 1.05 to 1.1. It's close enough that you can shoot with both eyes open for about 30 seconds before your vision starts to play tricks with you. This works fine for the initial engagement, but eventually you will need to close your non-dominant (support) eye during sustained fire. It's not perfect, but for about $145 it's pretty damn good, and I have no problem using with both eyes open. The scope reticle is illuminated in red only and has 6 levels of brightness. I normally do not even consider a scope that does not have illumination because it greatly limits its usability, especially in dusk and nighttime. The reticle is etched on the glass and is very sharp. While you normally don’t illumination during the day, at the highest illumination level (6) the reticle is visible in daylight too. Note that illumination does not light up the entire reticle, only the central circle and crosshair. The brightness knob is not too stiff and quite easy to rotate. The scope has exceptionally clear optics, I did not notice any distortions even at 6x magnification, which is fantastic. Eye relief is excellent (3.55 - 4.00 inch) and ocular focus adjustment is also available on the eyepiece end of the scope, which is great. The ocular focus and magnification rings move smoothly, which tells a lot about the build quality of the scope. Windage and elevation turrets are not too large, but large enough so you can do adjustments with your fingers and are covered by screw caps. Note that the turrets do not have zero reset unfortunately, which I is okay for LVPO scope and I did not expect to have it in a low-cost scope. There are no "leashes" that attach the turret caps to the scope body, so when they are removed for adjustment, it's very easy to drop or misplace these caps. The scope comes with a single-piece out-front cantilever mount, which is surprisingly good. I noticed that cheaper scopes usually of low quality include rings that I always throw away or give away and buy a new set of quality rings that might cost you as much as the scope itself. But this time I probably will keep this mount and actually use it on my rifle. The only thing I'm missing on this mount is QD locks. Pro-tip. While the scope's reticle is fairly complex and provides guidance for elevation or windage adjustments, you still need to zero it first. Your best bet for zeroing it is to use a laser bore sighter. Just insert it into your barrel and zero your scope's crosshair on its dot. Then on a range you can finish fine-tuning your aim at 6x magnification according to the manufacturer's guidelines. This will save you tons of ammo. Bottom line: Yes, I do recommend this Triton scope to every gun enthusiast. It has crystal clear optics, magnification from 1x to 6x, which is perfect for close quarter aiming, ocular focus, and its eye relief is outstanding. The reticle is a simple yet highly effective BDC1-F, which resembles simplified Vortex’s EBR-9 MOA reticle and is perfect for quick target acquisition and short and medium range shooting. All adjustments work smoothly, turrets are hidden under the cap, but don’t have zero stop feature. Plus, it has red illumination. For 145 bucks it is a deal you can't beat, and it even comes with a solid single-piece scope mount. Definitely a 5-star product! Pros: 1. Very well built overall. 2. First focal plane!!! 3. Magnification 1x to 6x. 4. Highly effective BDC1-F reticle. 5. Reticle is red illuminated. 6. Outstanding eye relief. 8. Has ocular focus. 9. Comes with lens covers. 10. Cantilever mount included. 12. Argon purged and fog proof. Cons: 1. Turret caps have no leashes. 2. Turrets are not zero reset capable.

  • I'm optimistic about this camera, but won't be using it until next season. It looks well made and I like the solar panel power source. I'm wondering how easy it will be to find a spot I want to use the camera but that also has access to the sun. It came with accessories to attach it to a tree. The price was tough to beat, but I wonder whether it will stay at that price point.

  • I hesitated buy the Garmin Xero C1 Pro because of the price. It seems way too expensive to get me the velocity information I needed. There are cheaper alternatives and most are of the same old technology as my old Chrony where it reads the bullet (shadow) passing by in order to determine velocity which comes with all sorts of inherent issues such as shade, clouds, muzzle gasses, etc. all resulting in bad readings or errors. Never mind the risk of shooting your chronograph that is down range from the rifle. So I read a bunch of reviews on the Garmin and decided to give it a reluctant try. POOF and $640 was gone, but I had my new chronograph and it is TINY. It is small than the size of my old display unit for my deceased Chrony. After I got it out of the box, on the charger, and turned on for the first time, I did the initial setup (things like picking English as a language and fps instead of mps, etc.) and waited for it to fully charge. I did not read any instructions. I got it to the range, put it on its little tripod and set it up next to the rifle like I saw in other reviews (I now know it needs to be fairly close to the muzzle), turned it on, selected to start a new session, and started shooting. It read each shot fired with no dropped shots and no errors. When I would change to a different load, I would start a new session. I was able to get the data I needed very quickly and then be on my way to hunt. ZERO problems were encountered. I have not used the app, though I did download it. I am not sure what all the app will do, but will explore that in the future. The unit does not require use of the app (which was a concern I had) to get your basic shooting data (see screen display images. The first shows the display after a shot and the 2nd shows the summer of the shots for the given load. If you are going to pay a premium price for a bit of kit, you want that bit of kit to be hassle-free and in my experience so far, the Garmin Xero C1 Pro has been hassle free and not only that, soooo much easier to use than my old chronograph. Setup and breakdown are literally only seconds. I would spend several minutes each range session aligning my chronograph perfectly and trying a test shot or two to make sure it is set up where it can read my shots and if not, make more adjustments. Setup for the Garmin Xero C1 Pro was simply a matter of setting it out on the shooting bench next to the rifle out by the muzzle (where you would likely place it so you could readily read the display anyways) and pointing it down range, pressing a button to turn on the power and a button to start a new session. Even if you don't use the app and forgot to bring a pen to write down the data, no worries, it will save it for you. As I am a night hunter (hogs and pests), it would be nice to be able to use a chronograph after dark. As the Garmin uses radar to 'see" the bullet, I should be able to do my range work after dark if I need to do so. I paid a lot of money for this chronograph, but it has not disappointed me in any way thus far. I am quite pleased with my purchase.

  • Great case for the money! Wish the foam was a little thicker but for the money you can’t beat the price.
