This little red dot is an absolute win win! It fills all the blanks, does what it says it does, survived a 5 gallon bucket of water, deep freeze, hot sun, drops from 10' and still works as it should. I mounted this on a CMR 30 and it held its zero. I can honestly say it is worth every penny. Everybody needs one of these
I have only owned standard game cameras which chew through batteries and I always hated having to take out the SD card to see what images were captured. I couldn't wait to set this one up to keep an eye on my bird feeding area to see if the bears are back. The solar is a huge benefit and there are lots of settings you can change for video length and picture quality. So far this little camera was worth the purchase!
Cute, but flimsy and warped. Thr hangers are on warped small pieces of wood that are separating. This won't weight for long. I'm going to try to come up with a different hanging system since it is cute.
Overall the value for your money is above average. The durability of the kit is honestly what you'd expect; could last you years if you know what you're doing, could last you days if you don't. My first issue with the kit is how it doesn't include 9mm brushes, however if you know your measurements, .357 in metric translates to 9x33 mmR. The .357 brush will be .11 millimeters bigger which'll give you a deeper clean to your 9mm without getting stuck in the barrel. Second and only other complaint is the way the case opens and closes. Over time or under pressure, the locks may easily snap and make the case harder to close. The case itself outside of the tabs is good quality.
I was looking for a reasonably priced option to safely store handguns.I read a lot of reviews. I bought this safe for two reasons...1)Safe storage for my two everyday carry pistols and 2)quick access safe if needed. Check and Check. I have 2 small grandchildren that are very curious and I wanted something they would not be able to access but not need a full size safe. This fits great on a shelf in a closet. It comes with 4 holes in the base to allow for securing it. And it has an easy to set up lighted keypad access that will not allow for unexpected access. The directions for setting up your pin for the keypad is easy to follow. And it provides easy to follow information on how to "disable" the beep sound when you touch the keys to enter your pin. Useful in an emergency situation when you want to be quiet. This is very sturdy and has plenty of room for 2 small handguns and magazines. M&P Shield and Glock 23. Good price, sturdy packaging, and fast shipping.
This product is wonderful! The vision is very clear and I love that you can turn the camera where ever you need by your phone. Also has great night vision and you can speak through it as well!
Although these are made for Honeywell muffs, the dimensions are almost the same as for Silencio Magnum ear muffs, long discontinued, but quality muffs I hated to throw away. YES, the do have an adhesive backing, not noted in description. Just pull off old pads that stretch around the ear side of the muff, peel off adhesive backing, line it up how you want, and press it on. They do extend a couple millimeters below bottom of muff, no big deal. I made sure top of new pads were lined up with top of ear muff, so none of the adhesive side would be exposed and possibly stick to hair. It is IMPOSSIBLE to find replacement pads for the old Silencio muffs I have a bunch of. I searched internet for longer than I should have before finding these. Hated to throw away perfectly good high dB rated muffs just because pads were shot.
This Manbily Shooting Saddle with 360° Ball Head is actually two products assembled as one. I already have a Manbily U3 Shooting Saddle. Let’s start with my review of that: Excellence in Versatility This Manbily Shooting Saddle Is everything that it claims to be. It is an updated design that offers improvements from an older model. This model was designed so both jaws travel and that keeps the center of the saddle over the tripod column for greatest stability. The shooting saddle is made from finely machined aluminum. Fit and finish are excellent. The rubber jaw covers are very soft and robust. I have no fear of the saddle damaging my well cared for gear. The removable Arca Swiss mount also has both 1/4 and 3/8 tripod mounts built in. It also has stop screws that are removable. It fits and works fine on all of my Arca Swiss heads. I have tripods ranging fro nine inch to nine feet and this saddle can take it’s place on top of any of them. Jaw travel is 0.98" to 3.15" (25mm~80mm), adequate for the saddles intended use. It would be more versatile if the jaws closed all the way. I know that would require a lot of locking lever turns. If we are going that far, let’s add a hex nut on the end of the locking lever bolt so that you can use a power driver to fully traverse the four inches of travel. As helpful as this saddle rest is at the range or in the field, it is equally useful on a Gunsmithing bench. I am going to rig a tabletop mount for it. This is another place narrower jaws would be helpful. One thing to bear in mind is that the jaw width, where ever you set it, is fixed and parallel. The jaws will not adapt to irregular or stepped surfaces. I set up an AR in the saddle and because of accessories, the only way it would fit, was to split the jaws between the hand guard and receiver. The two parts had slightly different widths so the jaws only grabbed onto the widest part and the rest was unsupported. The saddle grip was less than ideal and not to be trusted by taking your hands off it. It was still more solid than a shooting yoke. All things considered, this is a useful and excellent product. Five Stars Now we add the Manbily BH ball head. This is a 44mm ball design that is larger than anything else in the Manbily catalogue. It is well designed, machined, and has excellent fit and finish. Adjustments are smooth and lock up perfectly. I have used many excellent ball heads in my career as a heavy commercial photographer. I love RRS and Foba products. We’re talking about products that cost ten times what this Manbily ball head would cost if it was sold by itself. It’s astonishing how high quality this inexpensive ball head is. If you have Arca Swiss tripod heads, you don’t need this, you just need the U3. Otherwise together, these two Manbily products create the BH-U3 and the perfect shooting saddle-ball head combination.
We installed this trail camera near the gate at the edge of our backyard, which borders a wooded slope. The main reason was to keep an eye out for wildlife that might wander into the yard, especially since we keep chickens. The camera is sensitive, it sends an alert to my phone when something gets close to the gate, and I can check the live feed. The night vision works to see what’s moving around after dark. I like that it doesn’t need to be plugged in, so the solar panel setup works fine in this spot as long as there’s sunlight. It’s been through some pretty wet and snowy weather recently, and so far it’s working regularly.
Caught this on a Black Friday deal and glad I did. It's priced great, even without the deal. I didn't use the included stand, I used two 4x4s to set the targets up higher. And it worked great. May eventually lower the targets, but the review isn't about my setup. The targets are actual AR500 steel. I've shot mine with 9mm,10mm,45acp and 380 at ~10 yards with no damage at all other than paint chipping. Real AR500 is important and safe. The ball ammo just pulverizes on impact, so no chance of a ricochet. Just some splatter, but you should always wear eye protection anyways. I like that it comes with rubber target hanging straps and chains both. Really nice to have options. Overall, for the money I'm happy with it. It's real AR500 and it works great and it's fun to shoot.
Great quality, but pictures don’t show the big “Patron” logo on one side, however it easily came off with acetone, took about one minute to take it off both cans and left no residue. I would buy again.
For the under $200 scopes these are the best of the best. Much brighter, clearer than other scopes in this price range. I was a Nikon fan. The eye relief is what it says it is in the specs. It is totally usable at max power level. Speaking only for myself, the focusability for older folks who have trouble seeing past the end of the barrel is excellent. 12X gets me dime size groups at 100 yards.
I ordered this "safe" as I wanted secure storage for a reasonable price, and have found it to be an excellent value. The safe arrived quickly and was well packaged with foam protection, cardboard inserts, etc, however it is heavy (probably 120lb) and I'm sure got manhandled around a bit during shipping. The finish on mine was in good shape, no scratches, etc. I did have one very minor dent / ding, which I'm sure was due to shipping, but it's hardly noticeable and I don't blame the manufacturer as the packaging was good. I think a large, heavy item such as this is probably just not treated too gently during shipping, and that's not the manufacturers fault. Overall, mine arrived in great shape and I'm very happy with the quality (welded with no visible seams, etc). The electronics on mine work perfectly and lock was very easy to program. The steel is pretty thick (I give it 4 stars). It's not as heavy a gauge as some more expensive "safes," but is substantially thicker than gun "cabinets" I've looked at. It's right what I was hoping for in this price range. My package also came with a small safe as well, which was a nice add on. Both safes were easy to bolt to the floor (or shelf for the small one) on the bottom, and a wall from the back. I did add some larger washers to make them more secure when bolting in. The safe will easily hold 5 long guns even with scopes on a couple. Not sure you could have scopes on all 5 though. Not sure if it will hold a shotgun with a 28" barrel (I haven't tried yet). It will also accommodate a couple of handguns in velcro holsters on the inner door and velcro sticks great to the inner door "carpet." I like the way the door is recessed when closed. It would be very difficult to pry, and even if the hinges were somehow cut, you would still not be able to open the door as the hinged side is recessed behind the outer edge of the safe when the door is closed. I did have one minor issue with the inner storage compartment door (key) lock on my large safe, which RPNB resolved very quickly and very much to my satisfaction. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect customer service wise, but RPNB responded within 24 hours to my inquiry and their customer service was outstanding! I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Customer Service is critical and they did a fantastic job! Overall, I wanted a secure option for a reasonable price, and this safe is perfect for my needs. It's not fireproof, or as heavy duty as a larger, more expensive safe, but it's thicker and much better quality than a typical gun "cabinet." It feels absolutely secure to keep children or curious persons safe from accessing firearms, and also feels like a reasonably solid deterrent from a criminal theft standpoint as well. I'm very pleased with this purchase and definitely recommend it! For the money, it's perfect for me, and I love it! Edit - after more than a year, this safe still works great, as does the smaller one it came with! I have found that it can indeed fit a shotgun with a 28" barrel with about 1" to spare for height, along with another shorter shotgun, 3 rifles (one with a scope and 1 with a red dot sight) and 4 handguns in velcro holsters attached to the inner door.
The summer star gazing time is here. I bought this spotting scope to take a closer look at the moon on June 19, 2024. It was quite windy that evening, so I only use its 20x magnifying power. WOW, it was great to see the details of the moon! I then put my iPhone on using the adapter that comes with the scope. I was impressed by how snugly the adapter fits to the scope and grab on the iPhone very tightly. No wobbling in the wind. I am very happy with this purchase! It is very easy to use. Adjusting the eye piece and focusing the scope is like a piece of cake. The quality of images from it totally meet my expectations. It comes with a table tripod which in my case I didn’t use it but feels very sturdy. I personally think it is well worth the money.
