First of all, I love the picture quality (day & night) that I was able to capture with the Deatti Trail Cam DET-T4 (see examples attached). I especially like the fact that it comes with WiFi & bluetooth capability as it makes down loading pics to smartphone so easy. It was fairly easy to install & use app software on phone and to interface with trail cam. Only downside to product is that battery life is about only 2-3 days if you set it to take pics all night and you have lots of deer. I literally had over a 1000 pics and videos to download and review, but I got some pretty awesome shots. All in all, it’s the best trail cam I’ve used so far and highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable device.
Can I be lazy and just say this is an absolutely amazing product. Pros - Battery Life is great! I’m pretty sure it lasted for some months off its first charge. - Combination and Fingerprint Protection has been effective, really easy to open. - I get the feeling my stuff are safe, Well for the purpose of holding my cash and passport at this point. - Its size, makes it pretty portable. So that’s something I like. Also, It’s a great size to fit under a car seat. - Overall, This safe functions well enough even with the Con below… I still gave it 5 stars. Con - It’s not the biggest therefore, if you intend on getting it for a pistol. The room might be a bit tight depending on the size of the pistol you’re seeking to store. If you want sufficient space to hold a pistol and other things, then I’d suggest you go for something bigger.
This gun safe is a fantastic option for a quick, safe option for storing handguns. I have a compact S&W and it fits perfectly with one extra mag slot inside the safe. I’ve always considered getting some type of quick open safe but didn’t know where to start. This thing was so quick to program and is extremely user friendly.
Amazing safe, had a little problem following the instructions but after checking a couple of videos we're able to add my password and finger print, the safe inside is covered on soft material to protect the guns, if you have more than 2 rifles go with the next one 5 to 10, little small to set my AR with scope and my VR60 but managed playing around. Top small safe have the shotgun magazines and ammunition on the sides some ammunition and my magnapupl magazines, like it a lot and add extra.safety
I had seen a few bipods come up on Vine, which I passed on because they did not have the ability to roll, which, lets face it, if you're actually using a bipod in the real world, you absolutely need. When I put this thing on my Christensen MPR, I knew immediately it would be a great fit for it, or any of my larger semi-autos chambered in .308/6.5 Creed. The arms are pretty much a copy of magpul. The center lock wheel is a nice, large diameter. The roll pan ability is very smooth... It felt rock solid on my MPR... Far better than the Harris Bipod I would put on it in a pinch. The quick release mechanism is solid. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the weight. On the scale, it tops out at 461 grams (see picture). That seems pretty dang beefy to me. Also, while it's minor, the hex bolts holding the legs onto the body did have some unusual wear coming straight from the factory... A little strange, but nothing that would stop me from purchasing one. Also, Finally, the bipod does come with a small allen wrench that fits the bolt opposite the quick release. I'd say, if you want an affordable bipod for a rifle that needs the extra stability... something in the magnum range that for, whatever reason, you don't want to put an ARCA rail on, take a look at this.
I like everything about the tripod and everything but i strongly dislike that the vise that it came with broke without even being actually used, i just used it for a test to see if it would fit my rifle(marlin .22lr) and it did, both sides of the vise opened as it should so I put it back, I tried it again and now only one side opens and barely otherwise the cap screws all the way off, i just got it today and didnt even get to use it like it should be used!
This was a great purchase! The dimensions were accurate and it fit perfectly, which can be a rare find. The material feels very sturdy and durable, and it's already proven to be quite spacious, holding all the items I needed it to. It's exactly what I was looking for - highly recommended.
These sound dampening earbuds work very nicely. They sound better than I expected when playing music through Bluetooth. The music can be heard in all three modes. It makes it very nice to be able to listen to music as well as have discussions with people around. The sound dampening is very good. For small caliber firearms and noises that are not extremely loud they are more than sufficient. With larger caliber firearms and very loud noises I still recommend dual protection. I am very picky when it comes to protecting my hearing. I feel that these earbuds alone dampen the sound well enough. I just believe in dual protection personally. They fit in the ear very nicely with the foam pads. It comes with different sizes to accommodate different people. They are very easy to remove and place into the provided case which also charges. I have always had difficulty with earbuds staying in my ears. These remain fit and are very comfortable. They have a decent feel to them and seem very good quality.
It’s constructed well. Once I dialed it in it’s accurate. I’m happy with it overall. The provided instructions are lacking. But several decent videos on you tube helped.
I have a collection of firearms safely secured in a safe. Wanted a single weapon storage vessel that could be mounted vertically in our master bedroom closet, this product does just that and does it well. My wife and I entered our thumb prints in minutes. Closet installation took about 45 min., once installed it’s rock solid. Opened first time and has continues to operate flawlessly. It does the job intended, keeps “little hands” off the weapon and out of sight. One negitive however, batteries don’t last long. A week max !
Set it up and have enjoyed watching an eagles nest, the Olympic range, and Birch Bay. It is easy to adjust power and focus. Mounts easily and has been a pleasure to own..
Ceace This trail cam is packed with features, first of all, start with its 2K resolution, it takes an SD card and has a Sim slot for full view, live streaming and remote phone access! It is equipped with infrared night vision and smart motion activated capture. The entire system is enclosed in an IP65 waterproof housing. The 4G LTE connection is only supported on a 4G network, so keep that in mind. And SIM card are included! Free 300 MB of data available in the first month! Data plans can't be renewed through the app after the trial runs out. 360 full view and continuous power from the solar panel. Can keep this camera going all the time with no batteries. I can't believe this thing has 2K HD live streaming and two night vision modes.... I'm afraid I will just watch this camera all day and never get anything done. There is an app that works with this trail cam that can immediately send you notifications and you can adjust the camera from the app to cut down on false alarms.
Loving the new Strikeman. It came super fast and already got it set up and practicing with my boys. It’s a great way to keep up with training in between range days, and easy to use. Def will look into getting more calibers in the future.
UPDATE: Company is super-responsive and cares about their products and customers. I wrote an email describing in detail the issues - and they wrote back within hours and had done a bunch of research to find out they have a new part with a cut-out that will fix the problem of the ribbon cable getting worn. They even sent a picture of the new part and comms with the engineers. Very impressed with BillConch. It's been a few weeks - safe working great - love it! Hello! My name is Aaron, I own and operate a computer repair and service business for the past 13 years in Richmond, VA. As an electronics technician, electronics hobbyist designer, computer systems engineer and union electrician of 20 years - I would like to offer some constructive criticism to the company, a simple repair/fix on their assembly line, and a fix for current and future owners that may see the following behavior of the BILLCONCH Model:B1 Gun Safe. While it was disappointing to have an issue, I really like the safe, the features, the build quality, etc. I would have given it 5-stars on ngclab.com if not for my “issue”. Since I was able to diagnose and repair the problem, I’m still keeping it – so, let that be a testament to this product! Thanks! After repair, everything seems to work great, including rejecting fingerprints - which seems to be a complaint - where it "accepts any fingerprint". I did not find this to be true and FP appears to accept/reject fine. I propose that perhaps this issue is also causing issues for others and their unit's ability to recognize/reject their prints. PROBLEM: 1. Unit does not turn on or respond/charge with battery or USB cable. 2. Unit turns off while pressing on fingerprint reader or on plastic bezel with very little, to moderate pressure (Specifically to the right, or right lower side of the FR). In my specific case, on arrival(!) - the unit worked fine during setup, inserted codes and fingerprints and charged the battery (which came practically fully charged!). I later (same day) observed the unit turn off instantly while enrolling a second user. The unit did not turn back on without somewhat forcefully tapping on the bezel, between the fingerprint reader and the speaker grill. I was then able to repeat the “instant off” condition by applying slight pressure on the bezel, while “lifting” the bezel from the frame ever-so-slightly caused the unit to power back on. Sometimes the unit would “stay-off” while other times it would turn on and off based on if the bezel had downward pressure applied or not. DIAGNOSIS and OBSERVATIONS: 1. A SCREW that affixes the PCB to the rear of the bezel may cause a direct-short condition. The screw is one of two screws, located beneath the flat-flex ribbon cable responsible for connecting the GND, 3.3V and LED ring-light power to the Fingerprint reader’s daughter-board. In my case, the small, Phillips-Head screw had “sharp points” that had pierced the flat-flex ribbon cable, direct-shorting the 3.3v and GND lines – causing the unit to turn off. A. The back cover/bottom of the control panel ever-so-slightly bulges at the location of the screw/ribbon cable, indicating there is no extra room between the black “backing panel” and the cable/screw. When the front panel is screwed down flat, the flat-flex ribbon cable is being pressed into the PCB mounting screw, causing rubbing and ultimately, an electrical short. Providing extra room here would solve the issue, but may be unacceptable, as it would increase the overall height of the control panel and require substantial retooling and manufacturing of a new part. B. The screw responsible for the damage has a slightly taller head than the other mounting screws, maybe by a half a millimeter. Using a flatter, thinner screw head would also fix this issue. C. The screw pierced the flat-flex ribbon cable due to what looks like the “witness marks” of the driver that put it in… that is, the screw’s cross-pattern deformed slightly while being torqued down, causing metal spikes at the four inner-corners of the cross-pattern. A better machined screw head or a higher hardness screw would fix this, likely. SUGGESTED CHANGE FOR COMPANY/ASSY LINE: 1. Apply a small piece of Kapton tape over the screws, below the ribbon cable. FIX FOR USERS: 1. Remove the 4 rubber grommets and screws located on the front panel. 2. Remove the back cover by snapping the back cover away from the tabs and expose the rear circuit boards and electronics of the front control panel. 3. Unlock the flat-flex ribbon cable from the far-side labeled GND-3.3V-LED by moving the black plastic clip horizontally, away from the connector by a millimeter or two. 4. Remove the flat-flex cable from the connector and flip the cable up and back, inspect for damage and identify if your screw has pierced your cable. If so, I removed the screw and used a small metal file to file the screw head flat, eliminating the tiny ridges/spikes that were causing the damage and making the screw less-tall. Then, apply a piece of Kapton tape or perhaps electrical tape over the screws, located below the cable. Reassemble and good luck!
