Gave a new life to my several year old Howard Leight Impact Sport ear pro. Make them feel better than ever, the comfort is other level and the noise seal is so much better than stock. Absolutely get these!
If you have spent any time on YouTube and watched scope reviews, there is a chance you have seen reviews for multi or tactical scopes and none of them have been positive. You may laugh and sure there will be those that disagree but this scope with reflex sight and laser and flashlight is actually very good. First off, the tactical flashlight is very bright and has a heavy duty build and has a rubber o-ring that seals against water. There is also an extension that allows you to mount the switch remotely so you can turn it on and off or just have the flashlight turn on while you are pushing the button. The flashlight comes with a large lithium ion battery that I believe is rechargeable but the instructions do not confirm this. The laser is also well built but the battery, which also is a lithium ion was DOA. I have ordered a new battery and charger and will update this review when the new battery arrives. The reflex sight (they call it a electro dot sight) is also very good. It comes with a quick release, red and green multi pattern reticles, small watch batteries and has elevation and windage adjustments. Note that other combo scope reviews used to say that the red dots or reflex sights had no windage or elevation adjustments. Just to clarify, this one does. The build and quality of this sight is very good and the reticles are clear and crisp. The scope itself is permanently affixed to the mount. I actually like this set up because it holds the scope tight, right and secure to my picatinny rail and I don’t have to mess around with a scope leveler to get it mounted perfectly. The scope covers are not the best quality but they are adequate and I noticed they worked better with some usage. However, they are flimsy. But the actual scope is pretty darn good. The scope comes with a CR2032 battery included. The reticle is sharp and appears to be etched into the glass. The red and green reticle selector has different brightnesses and this feature actually works very well where I can easily discern the changes in brightness from low to high. The windage and elevation knobs have crisp and pronounced clicks with very little slop. They are not lockable. The eye piece focus ring, the magnification ring and the AO adjustment rings are all tight and rotate smoothly with no grinding. A tight adjustment, to me, is an indication of a well designed and built scope. The optics are very good but seemed a little fuzzy at maximum magnification. That could just be my eyes but for my purposes, I found the magnification setting around 11 (out of 16) perfect for 100 yards. The AO adjustment works very good as well and another big plus for a scope in this price range. All in all, I am impressed with this scope combo and all the features that it has. I am using this for a 6.8 caliber AR. I like that I have the laser and reflex sight for up close and the scope for everything else. I might add that this scope is a little heavy but not ridiculous. Without the reflex sight, laser, and flashlight, it weights just a little bit more than my Burris 3x-9x 40 mm scope. This scope has everything I wanted at a great price, with very good quality and it all fits nicely on my rifle. I plan to update this review after I have at least 100 rounds using this scope.
This night vision goggle comes with a soft microfiber pouch. A neck strap with lobster clasp attaches the light wt. unit for hands free carriage. (The gray color option also has additional zippered hardshell case) A nice spongy cover ensures the charge port and memory card against wet outdoor moisture. Sharp pictures!
Good shots! It works great. This is one of the ways I keep track of what is going on not too far from our house.
TLDR: Well made. Sitting at a price point that takes consideration. My experiences with another of their red dots leads me to believe that this model at least is reliable and works well over time holding zero. As some background, I have and use a variety of Holosun, EOTECH, Sig, Vortex, and Primary Arms sights and scopes, on various pistols and rifles. Some cost a fair bit more than this, a some cost around the same price. All basically do the same thing, place a reticle on your target. These ARE shake awake. Also, it's really, really hard to get a clear shot through the sight of the reticle. It's crystal clear in real life. When I was given the opportunity to review this, I was excited for it. In the real world, most people aren't going to spend EOTECH money. You're going to get what's in your budget, and you're going to want to get what best within your budget. One thing I look at when reviewing a product such as this is the Vendors storefront. Zulisy is producing and selling a variety of pistol sights, ranging in price from 100 up to the $200 range, which is where this lands. I've not had it long, comparatively speaking, and don't have too many rounds through it, about 200 on a 9mm P365 base, small model with an optic mountable slide. It took little effort to zoom in the sight, and at the end of my 200 rounds (147gr CCI Speer Lawman) it remained properly zero'd. However I'll add I have one other reticle of theirs, the same Otter Pro though in red on a similar firearm. That particular arm took a fall from the top shelf of my safe, the top of the sight landing on an edge in my safe. The red dot took it like a champ. It didn't lose zero, and continues working to this day with several thousand rounds through the pistol. Long term though is where optics really tend to live or die. And until there's more long term data on the Zulisy optics in general, it's hard to say. $200 is that price range where a bit more, you're getting into holosun territory, or other more known alternatives. But this is Zulisy's apparently high-end model, and you'd be comparing against low end models of the other brands. FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN THUS FAR, if this is what fits your budget and desires, I wouldn't worry about it, and believe you'd be happy with your purchase. Stated 2 year warranty, I haven't had the need to use it so can't speak to it. IF MY OPINIONS CHANGE, IF A BREAK THIS, IT DIES, LOSES ZERO, CRACKS, GET STOOD UP ON WARRANTY, AM GIVEN THE RUN AROUND, ANY OF THAT, I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW PROMPTLY.
Well, I was surprised to find that the legs and attaching pins were included in the kit so that is a plus. The legs are made of what appears to be 3/4 in aluminum but may be a thin steel. I can say regardless of what they are made of they work fine. However, after one day on the range shooting standard velocity 22lr at 50yards here is what the target looked like. There are obvious bullet strikes on the neck of the target which caused them to bend at that point. I have been able to straighten them out with a vise and are useable. Not sure how long these will last after multiple bending and straightening's. Consider yourself warned.
I have tried out quite a few accessories from this brand, and I'm usually very pleased and this one was no exception! It has very nice variable zoom control, and a click lock precision adjustment knobs. In my video I say that there isn't a mount that comes with it, but I was mistaken so I have a picture of that as well, but I really don't like the mount style for pic rails. I am relatively new to the shooting scene, so I don't know a lot of the proper terminology and will just suggest that you check out my video and decide for yourself. That said, I've tested quite a few variables zoom scopes and this one is in my top three for sure, so I would absolutely recommend this!
It's definitely a decent optic, far better than the snobs online like to say it is. Picture was bright, crisp, clear. Adjusting zoom and focus is smooth, has resistance to it. The included throw lever is great, very nice feature. Overall it's definitely a good value, solid choice for the money. I picked this up because I wanted zoom, but also 1x, a "do it all" optic. The reticle illuminates plenty strong, I honestly wish it had an option for green though (easier for me to see at lower power). I may come back to this one, but for now I feel like the eye box is too narrow for me to keep it. I can't afford to regret my decision, whatever I buy is what I'm stuck with. I compared this Panzer side by side with the Ladon 1-6x since that has similar magnification and size, but includes a small RDS. The 1-10 Panzer is definitely a stronger scope, but is heavier and a little longer.
This is just what I was looking for to latch my gear for easy access. It installs really easy into molle slots and can be moved around quickly. The latches can be operated by one hand and I feel my gear is tightened for any driving scenario and can hold larger diameter tools if needed. I would definitely purchase again and am thinking about buying a second set.
very good backpack so useful and comfortable only thing i can emphasize is that lateral pouches kinda like makes you big for going through doors etc but good backpack
Arrived with a completely disconnected, never soldered in the first place, wire in the key pad assembly. Luckily my neighbor the engineer was helping us put it together, and found the issue right away and soldered the connection. Works fine as advertised. Heavy but not so bad that you can't move it around. I would not put super valuable stuff in it, but fine for keeping the grandkids out.
This mini trail camera is very compact and easy to place outdoors in hidden locations,or it is also excellent cameras for home security purposes because of their small size. l decided to install it around our trees,It is super easy to set them up. l like its trigger speed feature which is fast enough to catch small animals like mice,or larger animals easily. because wildlife often move past the cameras quickly,it is able to catch a bird in mid flight as well. the trail cameras can give good quality still photos and videos during the night. 4A batteries can last over a month,I find that this camera to be a really good deal at this price. very worth the money.
I already have a similar version of this for my home range made by another company, and when I wanted another to add to my targets, I decided to go with this one because of the unique 3-inch round yellow flappable paddle, as there’s nothing more fun than hearing that ringing of steel. We only use AR500 steel on our range, usually in either 3/8-inch or 1/4-inch steel depending on what we’re shooting. We use the 1/4-inch steel for shooting rimfire loads, and 3/8-inch steel for our handgun and rifle centerfire loads, so I appreciate that this is a 3/8-inch think target onto which I can safely shoot my 300 Blackout subsonic rifle loads. It sounds great and takes a beating, and the projectiles safely fragment downward upon impact. We’ve previously ordered bare steel targets in the past that we have to spray paint when they arrive and then after each shooting session. I like that this target arrived already painted with a thick and hard coating that will take a while to chip. I appreciate that the mounting bracket comes with a compression spring that also angles the target downward, although the compression spring is nearly half the length of my other targets. The base is very stable and drives into the ground for added stability, and It is unique in that it will accept a 2x4, metal T-Post, or V-Shaped shooting columns. The only negative thing I’ll say about the base is that the legs are kind of short at 8.5-inches each, so with the right load you can get this stand to fall over. I ended up pounding in some 18-inch rebar stakes at an angle at each leg to make sure it remained secure in the ground. I hope the stand lasts being left out in the elements like my other steel target stands. If I have any other nitpicks, it is with the following: - The bolt is not a hardened steel, so if you hit it with a rifle round caliber you will likely shear off the bolt head and the target will fall. I would advise keeping a replacement on-hand, that is a grade 8 bolt from your local hardware store. - The instructions are not written by someone with the command of the English language, and it took a little while to read between the lines and interpret the pictographs to get this assembled properly. - With a pressure treated 2x4 inserted in the base, there is a lot of wiggle room, to much for it to be sure. I ended up pounding in some wooden shims so that it wouldn’t move. Unfortunately, there are no screw holes to affix a 2x4 to the stand. - The yellow paddle sometimes gets hung-up when being shot from one side to the other and I have to go down and move it back in place so that it can move freely again. I think it’s because the arm has square edges that occasionally bind up within the slot that holds it in place. Despite my nitpicks, since this is comparably priced to other brands of the same thickness and size of the target, it seems like a decent value as long as you know what to expect and it will take a beating.
I already own a Vertx Overlander 45L pack and have been so impressed with it that I decided to get this smaller 28L cousin. I am really pleased with this pack; it is quite a voluminous 28-Liter pack and works wonderfully as a travel pack, mission pack, range bag, or carry Bag for an SBR. Pros: - It is a true 28L pack that will accommodate a wide range of essentials. With one main dump compartment, a front pocket, and front dump kangaroo pocket, along with a pair of side water bottle pockets. - There is a well stitched top grab handle. - The shoulder harness is well padded, and it has tabs for routing a hydration hose, and each shoulder strap has a built-in stretchy accessory pocket (the pockets are not large enough for a phone, however, but more sized for an energy bar or flashlight). - Generously sized exterior water bottle pockets are large enough to hold a quart-sized water bottle. - There is an internal 15-inch laptop sleeve that you can remove if you do not wish to use it. - Very well-padded and stiffened back-panel that creates some structure and prevents the contents of your pack poking your back. - The interior Velcro is a lighter color than the exterior nylon, making it easier to locate specific contents within. - Comes with sternum-strap to help keep the shoulder harness from sliding off your shoulders, and a removeable waist strap to keep the pack from bouncing when on the go. - It is made of durable heavy-duty nylon materials and the stitching appears robust and durable. - Lockable beefy Zippers and the zipper pulls don’t jingle. - It is hydration bladder compatible with a hanging tab and hose pass-through port. - Has a full-length Velcro backing on the main compartment, and a strip on the outer compartment, for adding the Vertx Tactigami or aftermarket accessories. - The bottom inside of the main compartment has a Velcro opening so that you can replace the stiffened back panel with an armor plate if you so desire. - It’s fairly lightweight for its feature set at around 30-ounces. Cons: - The outer pocket has an L-shaped zipper. I would have preferred it open all the way around on both sides of the pocket with dual zipper sliders. - Although the rigid back-panel is great at keeping contents from poking against your back and there are some airflow cutouts with mesh sections, you’ll still sweat a lot in hot environments. More mesh would likely be better. Despite my nitpicks, it is a really nice pack that is great for inconspicuous travel, mission specific tasks, on the range, or as a bugout bag. It is admittedly pricey, but Vertx is a well-respected and well-established brand in the tactical world that makes high quality gear that is regularly used and trusted by government agencies.
A more affordable alternative for someone looking for a hard bow case. Has lots of room for accessories. I plan on adding a small hard case for tools, loop material, serving material, etc. There’s 2 layers of pluckable foam so if you wanted to get really creative, you could store things under the first layer as well. Not enough room for arrows with my setup (pictured - VXR 31.5), but I have a separate hard case for arrows that I plan on using anyways. I don’t plan on flying with this, but should work excellent for truck and trailer travel.
