I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of this spotting scope. This category is dominated by the big brand name optic companies so it is nice to see a smaller brand produce a well made good performing scope. I used this optic at the range yesterday at distances up to 150 yards. The focus dials in just right and produces and good quality image, the eye piece is soft and comfortable. The included tripod looks like cheap thin metal but it performed just fine and kept the scope in place while I jumped back and forth from shot to checking the scope. There are no printed directions in the box, these aren’t difficult things to operate but something would be nice. I had trouble with the phone mount but quickly tossed it aside because I don’t really need it. The included carrying bag is good enough. Overall I am very happy to have this as part of my range equipment.
First time out with it 10 mm 45 and 556 2 x 4 stand not bad leaves a lot of wiggle room recommend using wedges bring away if there’s no good ground for spikes
I like that this feels dangerous, because this is a little bit of reliving boyhood- where danger is cool. But now, at 55, I would not let my 12 year old play with this. It is robust, but not robust enough, in my opinion. The hardware should be beefier. The trigger mechanism seems fine. It is the amount of force that the bands put on the bracket at the end of the rifle that gives me pause. It should hold, but if it didn't, you're looking at a broken eye socket or a whole bunch of dental work. I like the product, but it should be severely overbuilt for what it is. It isn't very accurate, but I didn't expect it to be. The whole laser idea is a fun gimmick. So I would say this would be ok if it were less expensive, but that isn't the solution. The solution is to make it beefier and keep the price point the same.
As parents, home security has always been a priority, especially with young children. We purchased this biometric gun safe to keep our firearms out of their reach, and it was an excellent decision. We loved that it required no assembly and was very easy to install. The fingerprint reader works quickly, and the battery works perfectly. The quality and sturdiness of the cabinet gave me confidence from the start. It's definitely a safe, solid, and practical purchase that gives me peace of mind every day.
Bought this to give it a try. Since most other great review were given by free users. Installation was easy, fits very well on a hellcat. Shims that came with covered up the tiny gap and the oversized width is barely visible. Took less than 10rounds to dial it in at 7yards, then went to town for about 200rds. It held zero. Sight is clear and visible. So far very happy with it. Will update if anything goes wrong but for now I have loctite it and it’s staying on the hellcat. Look - 10 Function - 10 User friendly -10
Overall, great low cost option for a game camera. Photo and video quality is good, have caught some cool shots in my yard. Sound works as well on the videos. Easy to turn on and start using, easy to hang, easy overall use. Once in place, you just need to stand within bluetooth range of the device, and you can wirelessly connect and collect the pictures and videos without connecting wires or using SD cards. Great overall product for the money.
Wow All I can say wow wow wow! I use this for my new build station. I'm so thankful I decided to go with this one! The quality is so top-notch. Just the right thickness. Just the right density. Has raised edges for holding small parts and the magnets very helpful. I've got this thing so greasy and dirty with soot and powder residue you name it. All I do is use a little CLP when I'm done. The mat wipes completely clean like brand new! It's just amazing. Do yourself a favor buy this mat you won't regret it 👍👍
I have had several trail cameras over the decades to monitor wildlife activity around the property; they just keep getting better. This one is easier to set up than my last wifi camera. Once it gets going, waking it up remotely is also much faster. There are two security steps to prevent unauthorized access - a password for viewing the content in situ, another for access from the mobile app. I was initially confused by this, as the latter is not a menu item on the camera itself (unless I missed it somehow), but is available from the menu inside the app. Once the remote password has been set, the camera and app seem to remember each other, as it is not demanded again when waking up the camera remotely thereafter. The camera can talk to multiple remote devices simultaneously. I even tried it with an ancient iPhone 6 running outdated IOS13.1.3. It had no trouble running the app and accessing the content of the camera at the same time as my newer phone. This is encouraging, as there is nothing more frustrating than a wifi device becoming a paperweight because its app is no longer supported after an OS update. My older cameras were often triggered by fluttering leaves or even shifting shadows when set to high sensitivity. This one hasn't done that yet, but even if it did, the "motion detection filtering" is a nice feature that should limit the length of the wasted video recordings. I would recommend getting those inexpensive mounting spikes for both the camera and solar panel if you intend to move them around, and save the included mounting hardware for more permanent installations.
Just got my new fingerprint gun safe, and I gotta say, it’s legit! Super solid and heavy, feels really secure. The fingerprint scanner and the keypad are quick, no fuss at all. And the little lights inside? Perfect for when it's dark. Honestly, couldn’t be happier with this buy. Totally recommend!
This is an excellent product. It's performance is impressive for its size and cost. This little device is impressively sensitive. The attached photos are from the inside of my house, and are aimed at the ceiling and walls. My house is well insulated, yet there are areas well inside the house that show noticeably lower than expected temperatures, particularly in the corners where the ceiling and walls meet. These areas are where there is a less insulation due to the high concentration of wood support structures. In the images, the thermal imprint of the rafters and drywall screws can be clearly seen through the paint and drywall mud. This effect can be seen on all external walls. I expect that these same areas will be warmer during the summertime. The fuzziness in the images is caused by the diffuse nature of the thermal situation, and not sensor resolution or image focus. I've wanted an affordable, uncooled, high resolution, and high sensitivity thermal camera for over 20 years. The main problems have been high resolution, and high sensitivity combined with affordability. This product meets those metrics handily. I've worked on cryogenically cooled, high pixel count, high sensitivity, visible, neat infrared, shortwave infrared, and thermal sensors at various times throughout my career. This camera is fantastic for the money. The software is also very good, but there are a few things I would like to be added to the application. 1. Instead of a fully automatic gain control, I would like to have a programmable fixed gain mode added to the app. 2. I would also like to see a mode that allows the user to optionally set the source emissivity. These two added features would enhance the more advanced user experience, of which 1. Is the most important. UPDATE: I have some additional infrared app improvement recommendations. 1. While the system camera view is a fantastic feature, it appears as though there is no way to control it. Being able to control the system camera zoom would, at least partly, allow easy one for one scene comparisons between visible and thermal images. Also, making the visible inset size adjustable would be helpful. 2. The user manual being embedded into the app is awesome; however, it is difficult to read it on a cell phone. When I zoom in to read it, parts of the zoomed in text become blurry, making it difficult or impossible to read. There could also be some improvements to the user manual to explain more of the app features. 3. The app shows only a single reticle type. Having different reticle choices and color options would be helpful. One lens suggestion: 1. The 2x base zoom is nice for longer range uses, but can make some shorter distance uses a bit challenging. I agree with Bill Parlin that a 1x lens would be a valuable change, while keeping a large aperture. I know that this is likely a challenge for the optics. The lens would likely require more material and a higher curvature for the same diameter. Please correct me if I am wrong on this. A 1x lens may also be more difficult to manufacture. This is still an awesome product. Thanks.
Really good clarity on this trail cam. It’s worked really well as a security camera and easy to mount and connect to my phone. The price was very reasonable for the quality.
Great case! Got this case to carry my Glock lineup. Fits 19, 34, 43x, and two Dusk 19s. All with threaded barrels, Trijicon RMR and RMR HD. Solid hinge system, the locking latches can be easily opened without pushing the button on the latch. That's my only gripe but it's so very minimal because the latch will stay pretty securely locked. Will be ordering one for my 1911s and Desert Eagle.
Used. This is my second time getting one of these nightfox prowls. I want a replacement there’s still photos from the previous owner and videos. That isn’t me with my feet kicked up and the device was not taken care of. The device came with fingerprints on the lenses, smudge marks and light scratch marks on the lenses. It makes a grinding sound from all the dirt in the eye adjustment knob. The smudge marks are all around the buttons and on the lenses. The threading looks shredded I paid for a brand new one not this smudged and scratched used version that came updated. Please send another if not I’ll survive just disappointed getting this used one. Returning is just a headache.
Design is fine. Quality is reasonable for the price. Unfortunately I received an obviously used item in an open box. It showed a battery already installed and apparent wear on the base. The adjustment key was mangled on the tip which you can see in the pictures. The red dot was adjusted as far to the left as it could go and no longer would adjust in any direction. The shake-awake feature also did not work. I believe this item was previously returned and restocked without proper inspection. I have purchased items from this company before and have been very happy with the quality and good price. I have ordered a replacement and will update my review when it arrives. Update: Received the replacement promptly but it was also an open box with parts missing. I am disappointed with this company. I have purchased items from them before and have never had any complaints.
Great heavy duty Anmo Box!
