While the camera itself seems to be good quality the app to contact it to your phone is terrible. We thought we could get alerts in real time but you can’t. The app disconnects so many feet away from the camera so you have to download any recordings and can view them. Not what I was looking for and would not buy again.

So far this trail cam is great. It works properly and the solar panel keeps it charged. The only negative I can say about it is the app used to get pics and video from the can to your phone. The app crashes fairly often and the 1.8 star review it received in the Apple App Store is warranted. If they could fix the app and make it work properly it would be the perfect all around package

I have several Trail cams. all work great, easy to use, HOWEVER this one ,,,,,,,,,The APP sucks,,, it only works when it feels like it. I set it up next to another one of mine. It took 147 videos, this one ” 0″… GO FISH……
It did take 3 videos one time, and they were nice. And it stays charged. I have tried every thing,,,,,,,for over two months.
April 2025, Received a new replacement unit from Seller today will give this one a try. changed 1 star to 3. Replacement works 3 star to 5…. Good customer service.

I love this camera. So far I’ve bought two for me, and another for my brother. It’s sturdy, well made, rugged, easy to set up, and has lots of features. I especially like that you can access it from your phone using bluetooth and wi-fi. Having three energy sources (rechargeable internal batter, AA batteries and solar) is a great feature. Also, compared to other trail cameras, it’s a great price.

This solar powered trail cam is a really neat item. We installed it at the cottage and have been enjoying seeing the wide variety of wildlife – esp. over the winter, when we can’t visit. The camera was easy to install and the app works very well. I like that there is also a battery capability with this camera, as sometimes the solar panel (which is angled) has been covered with snow. We placed the camera so that the solar panel faces south, and that has kept it mostly clear.

Fatigué de changer les piles, agacé de n’avoir pas la bonne tension aves des accus (1,2V au lieu de 1,5V)? La solution : cette caméra avec batterie lithium intégrée, rechargement solaire et set (facultatif) de 4 piles hautes performances (non fournies) en secours, avec bascule automatique vers elles si la batterie arrive au bout du rouleau. Dans le pire des cas (qui ne s’est encore jamais produit !) on rechargera la batterie lithium intégrée (câble fourni).
C’est tout. Et c’est avantage énorme !
Plusieurs mois d’un usage constant d’observation et de surveillance de la faune avec cette caméra (conjointement avec d’autres, moins abouties) le confirment. Quiconque a fait un usage assidu d’une caméra de chasse sait que cette autonomie en fait le meilleur choix possible.
D’autant qu’elle a d’autres qualités. Sa conception générale est bonne. L’objet est petit et d’un bon camouflage. La notice (en français) est bien faite. Le néophyte s’y retrouvera vite ; celui qui a déjà eu une cam-chasse ira les yeux fermés.
La qualité des images est parfaite : du 4K, si on veut; car il est possible de choisir moins bien (moins «lourd») pour ne pas surcharger la micro SD 32Go (fournie). Le déclanchement est rapide. Nombreux modes de capture : vidéo seule (durée réglable) ou vidéo avec photo (nombre de photos et définition réglables). Lecture sur le petit écran intégré de la caméra ou transfert sur ordi, et avec le son !
La connexion Wifi permet de piloter à distance (une dizaine de mètres) tous les réglages de la caméra, de voir ce qu’elle « voit » pour l’orienter au mieux, de prendre connaissance des captures d’images effectuées, de les enregistrer sur le téléphone ou de les effacer. L’installation de ce mode Wifi impose de scanner un QR code, fourni dans la notice. Merci Google Lens (gratuit)… La mise en œuvre de la liaison Wifi n’est pas vraiment intuitive, mais la pratique la rend facile et relativement rapide.
En somme, par tous ces aspects, une très bonne et très agréable caméra de chasse.
Très efficace aussi en images nocturnes. Son éclairage infrarouge, qui permet de capturer des images la nuit, est d’une longueur d’ondes qui le rend visible à l’oeil humain : ses Led Pir font dans l’obscurité deux petits points rouges. Le cliché joint montre cet éclairage infrarouge, photographié à 3m (il paraît blanc sur cette image à cause des conditions de prise de vue). Mais ces deux Led « éclairent » la scène filmée par la caméra : elles ne restent donc allumées que le temps de la capture.
Consulté, l’excellent service client de Ceyomur explique que les images de nuit faites avec l’IR 850nm (visible) qui équipe cette caméra seront meilleures que celles faites avec l’IR invisible. La vidéo jointe le montre, d’ailleurs: cet infrarouge éclaire brillamment de belles images sans pour autant en effrayer les sujets les plus farouches.
La CY95 est donc aussi une caméra furtive…
