   I’ll start with the obvious. It’s a clone and it’s not really a holographic sight. Unlike the product photos, it is marked with ‘EOTech’ on the sides. It appears to really be a reflex sight which is kind of cool because you can select from green/red. It is built pretty well and everything functions OK. I mounted to my AR and was able to bore sight with no problem. It held zero with some jostling tapping. The adjustments do not click, which is OK. The magnifier works… The two issues I have with the sight are 1) the glass/lenses on the ‘holographic’ sight can be extremely reflective in the right lighting–like seeing your face in a mirror and 2) The quick disconnect (of the ‘holographic’ piece) doesn’t really work on my rails–I had to loosen/tighten with a screwdriver. I certainly wouldn’t let my life depend on it, but it is an OK sight for plinking/pellets/airsoft.

   The 558 Holographic Sight with the G33 3X Magnifier is a fantastic combo! The red/green dot is bright and clear, and the quick-release mount makes setup a breeze. The 3X magnifier is perfect for longer shots. Excellent quality for the price — definitely recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their optics!

   Got this about 10 days after I ordered it and put it on my rifle. Had it zeroed in about 10 shots just because the windage adjustment was jumpy, one time you would adjust it, it would move say 1″ and then the next adjustment it would move 6″ with the same amount of adjustment. Another problem is that you can see your reflection on the glass which is distracting but the most of all the reticle was off center at around 11:30 which bothered me the most, I like my reticle to be straight up. Other than those problems it seems to hold zero after 30 rounds fired through it. I did return this unit and will try another hoping the reticle will be straight up.
