   When I received my order, the laser cartridge was missing from the box. I contacted customer service and Julia responded within the hour to confirm my order info and sent a laser cartridge the next day. I contacted her again when I realized the target bullseye covers were missing from my original order. Again, Julia quickly responded by sending out replacements and explained that ngclab.com must have shipped a return order to me. She acknowledged my frustration which I appreciated. I’m grateful for the excellent customer service I received, which can be rare in today’s world. Julia is a rock star! The laser cartridge works great and comes with several extra batteries. The target makes a sound when hit with the laser. This has been fun to practice dry fire!

   The packaging really made me feel like it was a quality product. It even came with extra batteries, cap and o-rings but on the second use it quit working. I swapped the batteries and cap which was hit or miss as to whether it worked or not. Now it just won’t light up at all even outside of the gun while triggering the switch with a pen cap.

    UPDATE: after leaving my original review, the seller contacted me and offered to ship me a replacement of the .45ACP version. The replacement worked perfectly. No issues at all. It looks like the original one I received may be an older version? It looks completely different. The one with the larger O rings is the replacement that works great. A+ customer service I bought both the 9mm and .45ACP versions of this laser. The 9mm version works great, no issues. Unfortunately, the .45ACP version’ laser does not shoot straight. I mounted my 1911 in a vice and compared the laser to real ammo. The laser points slightly right.

    It came on time and as described. I like the carrying case with extra parts. Issue I had was the firing pins on 1911s are aggressive and it destroyed both end caps with in weeks. The unit is now useless. Worked great…until it didnt. Maybe look into other units if you’re going to use it in a 1911.

    Great product, fast delivery. The 45 ACP laser shell arrived in great condition with the dry fire cartridge 3 sets of batteries, spare o rings and a spare cartridge cap. Everything in a nice tin box fitted with foam. The cartridge fit perfectly in my 1911 and Sig P220. Overall this is a great buy.

    My dry fire laser experience started with Strikeman stuff. I got a 9mm “bullet” with with that kit. The strikeman bullet only fit one of my 9mm’s, and seemed to be inaccurate. This fits my 45 well and the laser hits where the sights say it should. Extra batteries and a nice metal case are appreciated.
