Fit my needs exactly for transporting my handguns from the safe to the range and back. Seen a lot of complaints about the smell I left mine open for a day or two and it all but went away. The other complaint I seen was about the foam removal for the mags. I had no issues with the one I received.

This case works fine. Nice organization and options. You can make the magazine holes as deep as you like and they provide the needle nose pliers to do it (kind of a pain, but not terrible). The complaints of the ammonia smell is from the foam curing. Leave it in the sun for a few hours open and it’s mostly gone. Solid case, I would not hesitate to purchase again.

When I opened it I remembered others said it had a strong smell. That happened to me as well. Sat it outside for the evening and it seemed fine after that. Was a bit of a pain to take all the foam out for the mags. The provided pliers were necessary and they all pulled out fine. Now all the good things!! The case is awesome! The foam is the best quality of any case I have ever owned. The shell seems like you could run over it with your car and probably do more damage to your car than the case. All guns fit fine even with threaded barrels and red dots. The ability to take out the section and make it a 5 gun case with storage is amazing. Took mine out and put in Glock fun sticks, several boxes of extra rounds, tools, and speed loaders and still had room left over. The 4 clips to open the case seem sturdy and well made. I like the little red tabs to make it extra secure when opening. All regular mags fit in mag slots perfectly. If I could have designed a perfect case for myself it would probably look exactly like this one. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.
