   The sight is great in general, however I took a star off because of the small viewing window. I have other red dots and this one has a small viewing window that makes site acquisition a bit longer than others. However if you need a really small red dot, then this is a good suggestion.

   The side-loading battery tray allows for easy CR1632 battery replacement without re-zeroing. Equipped with Motion Activated Illumination (MOTAC), the sight auto wakes with motion, conserving battery life. The multi-coated lens provides clarity in varying light conditions, while its compact design and durable aluminum build ensure reliability in tactical applications.

   I opened this item, and laughed immediately. It’s teeeeeeensy. I was expecting something more like an eotech. This is maybe 70% as big as some of my other red dots. My thought process was that I didn’t even know what I’d put it on, or if it would be too small to functionally use. Well… I was wrong. I slapped it on one of my pistols and found that the form factor was shockingly perfect. It’s clear, the light is bright and adjustable, and the width and height fit exactly without sharp edges or looking silly. I was wrong – it’s a lot packed into a little footprint.

   The HHC17R Micro RMSc Red Dot Sight has been an excellent addition to my setup.
