   Excellent value for storing safely three guns away from children in the closet and locked; so extreme peace of mind. Well built, sturdy and does the job. I am very happy. The use of installing passwords & finger printing was hopeless which I failed to accomplish hence resort to 1950’s using a key which is fine by me. Feedback to “do better” by the manufacturer are to write effective instructions to enable using passwords. Conduct ‘focus groups’ with participants to understand better how to instruct new owners of your product how to use it. Just say’in… could be a lot better if new owners could figure out how to use. As is it not ‘Quick Access’ as stated. CC

   Bought for my husband for Christmas and we both put in our fingerprints but it keeps locking us out unless we use a key or code. Took a couple days of aggravation before we got it programmed right and then it deleted again. At least it hold what we have. Not the greatest, not real heavy but for the price it works for what we need.

   Safe arrived in good order. Packaging was very solid with no damage. Instructions were easy to follow for combination setting and set-up. Not a heavy duty safe but, exactly what I wanted, a solution for quick access to locate in my closet of one long gun and one pistol for home defense and child safety. Would be suitable for four long guns if needed. Customer support was very responsive to a question about weight made prior to my purchase. Very appropriate for my need. Not suitable for numerous weapons (more than four or so) or important documents if fire proof is a requirement.

   Arrived with a completely disconnected, never soldered in the first place, wire in the key pad assembly. Luckily my neighbor the engineer was helping us put it together, and found the issue right away and soldered the connection. Works fine as advertised. Heavy but not so bad that you can’t move it around. I would not put super valuable stuff in it, but fine for keeping the grandkids out.

   Amazing safe, had a little problem following the instructions but after checking a couple of videos we’re able to add my password and finger print, the safe inside is covered on soft material to protect the guns, if you have more than 2 rifles go with the next one 5 to 10, little small to set my AR with scope and my VR60 but managed playing around. Top small safe have the shotgun magazines and ammunition on the sides some ammunition and my magnapupl magazines, like it a lot and add extra.safety

   This was my first time purchasing a safe that hold’s rifles. I received the safe rather quickly, but it was missing a couple of little things. I contacted them and they immediately rectified the problem with great customer service, and even followed up. They went above and beyond to fix my minor issue. I would definitely purchase this safe again.

   Missing hardware to mount the shotgun inside the cabinet. Damaged outside, I’m sure it’s due to the method of shipping. (See pictures) Really loved this overall, biometric finger print holds up to 30 prints. It was easy to do. Door is difficult to close, gets stuck, probably again do to shipping damages. Have 4 stars bc it’s great safely and peace of mind to store all of our firearms, for the price. It arrived quickly as well. Messaged the seller about the missing hardware, hoping we’ll be sent that, I’ll update the post when I hear a response.
