   Received two of these safes on time as advertised. One safe was defective and would not open (it did open one time before breaking down) but did program and function electronically. The seller immediately engaged and shipped me replacement.
   The products are well built and offer three way access – fingerprint, key and digital code at a great price.

   I purchased this gun safe through ngclab.com because of the price and what the features had to offer. I found similar items in big box stores but they were a lot more expensive and they weren’t as nice as this one I felt. I installed this underneath my bed I brought it to the floor and have a fire arm ready to go inside of it along with some extra cash and other small valuables. It’s very simple to use it has either a number keypad, a key, or when I like the most biometric fingerprint. It has quick accessibility in case I need it. I had some questions and I contacted customer service they responded right away they were very helpful and very simple to work with they made buying an item very easy and enjoyable. I recommend getting one of these if you have firearms throughout the house.

   This lock box/ safe has been fantastic. It opens consistently and has a lot of room in it. I can fit 2 pistols. I currently have a full size a mag, paperwork and some cash in it. If you’re looking for a clean, easy to use product that is pretty solid. This is it. Now, is it a hard core safe, no. Can it be picked, maybe but I tried lots of ways and it never opened.
   I have a house full of teens so keeping my guns away from curious teens is important. This does the job.
   It’s been 2 years. I locked myself out. Changed batters and updated the code…I thought. Wasn’t paying attention a got locked out. Can’t find the keys (moved twice).
   Reached out to support, 2 years later mind you. They responded the next day and gave me a way to get it done. I’m back up and running. Awesome!!

   Easy to set up, perfect amount of space for your safety piece! We were able to set up mine and my husbands finger print so I feel a little more protected and I know it’s stored safely away from the kids! So far the batteries have held up great!
