   Clear optics. Easy to mount and use BUT all the screws worked loose within 100 rounds of.22.
   Use of a thread tightening fluid like Locktight is recommended.
   Once I got a good zero on my Ruger.22 and used the Locktight , I’ve shot over 1000 rounds and all is still good.
   HOWEVER, I have only used the scope under warm and dry conditions on the range on a rifle which has a very low recoil. I have no idea how it would work on a rifle with high recoil or in precipitation.

   Pinty is always a great budget brand for optics, and I always have a good luck using them for my smaller caliber rifles.
   This scope has a very solid build, and comparable with higher budget lower end optics, maybe even better.
   This scope sports a pretty impressive viewing range and eye relief, and a nifty illuminated cross hair, makes setting your sights on the target that much easier.
   The scope also has an adjustable zoom range, which is a bit stiff to operate in my opinion, but I enjoy the option to set my desired zoom.
   The scope mount hardware is pretty basic, and does the job I think, I haven’t had an issues with having to readjust them after getting everything tightened down.
   The lense caps are pretty much garbage in this set, they never stay closed, no matter what I try.
   I haven’t had to re-zero the optic on my 22lr rifle, it holds very well after getting it set how I like it.
   For the price, it’s a great budget choice for smaller caliber rifles or air guns. I may even try a pinty on the 308 and update my review if it works well or not.

   So this seems to be a very nice scope for the money. The full metal design makes it durable an the flip up lens covers are a nice added feature. I had no issues zeroing it in an had it hitting a 1in circle at 80 meters in just a couple shots after installing on a 22 cal. rifle. The 12x magnification makes for very precise shoots at long range an the clarity is really good to since the front lens can be fine tuned for different distances making it easy to tune it in to different situations. It also has a red,blue,or green glowing cross hair which is nice in low light situations or it can be used with no glow if not needed . So overall I’d say this is a great scope for the money since it offers a 4-12 power zoom an a wide viewing area an it can be adjusted with no tools if necessary plus the glowing cross hairs are a nice added feature for low light situations.

   I bought it as a “range toy” and it has been good in that role so far. It is mounted on a popular 556 sporting rifle and has held zero after a few magazines. Another review mentioned that the backlit color glows around the perimeter of the ring inside the viewfinder. I also experienced this and do agree that it detracts from the usability in low light conditions. I primarily bought this to use the unlit crosshairs to magnify and reach out further at the range. I don’t hunt, but I think this scope would be useful for realistic deer and small game hunting with or without the fancy colors being added to the black crosshairs. If I had to buy again, I would probably opt to spend less for one without the backlit feature as the ring is distracting and could affect low light target acquisition and accuracy. Aside from that, the adjustments for elevation and windage worked and allowed me to get on the bullseye. The flip up lens covers are kind of janky and I just take them off at the range instead of trying to keep them on in the flipped up position. They don’t stay on well when flipped up or to the side and are just in the way. They do work, but I don’t prefer to use them as intended other than to protect the glass while in storage or transport.

   Bought to mount on my ar-10 .308 rifle. Focus and eye relief are good. Red, green, blue lighted reticle is crisp and easy to see. Mounting seems secure so far. Zoom is excellent, stays pretty focused only needing minor adjustments. 10/10
