Just a little to much bloom/overglow when looking down range it’s almost like too much light from the reticle is reflected into the Ocular Lens and creates kind of a red or green glow in your field of view depending which color you’re using. Had the same problem with the Blade unfortunately.

Opened the box and looked thru the scope only to see 2 reticles etched in the glass, what happened to quality control

Cannot say anything about customer service, but I glass is clear, and reticle is very sharp even with my horrible astigmatism. Very compatible with PA SLX , but Swampfox has a larger reticle and I like it better.
