   This is from a small veteran owned business and the quality is amazing. Yes, it’s somewhat expensive, but again this isn’t some large manufacturer, it’s from a small company and the quality speaks for itself. I use it to attach my Sig Juliet 5 magnifier. Yes, its a tad higher than my Sig Romeo 5, but doesn’t seem to affect it much. Highly recommend this product and would buy other products from this company again.

   I wasn’t originally going to go with a configuration that required this, but after some digging I decided to go with a red dot/magnifier rather than a scope as it’s more functional for the weapon. The part is very well made, tooling is clean, alignment to stock rails is also good. Product arrived early, fit perfectly and even came with longer screws, which I didn’t see mentioned in the description. Probably the only thing anyone could find to complain about is price, but even that complaint is weak. This is not a mass manufactured item. I’ve done my homework. This is a vet making these in his own shop and he deserves to be paid for doing quality work. Very happy with the product. Would recommend to any FPC owner who wants to go with a red dot/mag setup.

   Issue- supposed to be only .03” maximum difference in height, when compared to forward rail. Mines got to be atleast .125” difference. I’m going to keep it for now see if it works. Also got caught with the torx 8 on the original button head screws & switching to Allen socket cap screws on the new ones. Had to break out the magnifiers.

   What a difference. Places the dot closer to your eye for great eye relief. Super simple and easy to install. Also allows for a not included set of backup irons to install on the front rail.

   If you run mbus, this gives that proper long sight radius for much more accurate shooting up to 100 meters in my experience. The STOCK BOLTS ARE T9, and the provided longer screws are 5/64 hex. The TORQUE SPEC for the new bolts is 3.0-3.5 in/lb or 0.34-0.40 Nm. That is very very very light people. The stock bolts were basically on hand right because the lock washers will do the work. Don’t over tighten these.

   I love this carbine more and more every time I use it, and TACCOM is putting out some solid stuff. Next will be their charging handle bit when it’s out.
