   I have the Spypiont link micro S. And I never have to recharge or replace batteries. It’s been in the bush almost 2 years now. Thousands of amazing pictures later, I decided to upgrade and expand my scouting windows. I thought the Flex S would be the greatest addition. I takes maybe 1, or 4 pictures then freezes. Rapidly draining the battery. Not seding or saving any photos. I go out to manually reset it every other day. Literally. Almost everything there’s fresh snow, I see all sorts of tracks. Yet, thanks Spypoint. 300 dollar camera, a monthly plan, and no photos. Ever.

   Just get the older models.

   I got the Flex-S camera as I needed a cellular trail camera I could put out at one of my distant spots and wouldn’t have to go in changing batteries as often (area is 3-4 miles in). After using the Flex-S I am very impressed and glad I chose it. The setup is very EASY and even allows you to do firmware updates from home, which is one of my favorite features. After putting the camera up, I received over 40 videos in a week and am still almost at full charge, the solar panel makes that much of a difference!!! I have attached some videos from the Flex-S but as you can tell the quality is AMAZING. In addition, with the turkey footage I got, I was quite surprised how good the audio in the videos was as well, just another bonus! Overall highly recommend the Flex-S!!!

   This is now my second Fles-S I’ve added to my arsenal.
   It’s features are second to none, built in Lithium battery, charged by it’s incorporated solar panel to keep your camera running flawlessly while keeping you updated without having to attend the batteries.    The flex s was a great addition to my trail cameras! I have been a big fan of the spy point links for years and they are still running to this day. I was excited to get the flex s because of its built in solar panel and the clarity of its photos. It was a huge upgrade and it is a life saver to not have to constantly change my batteries. Highly recommend this product, you wont be disappointed! Another Plus is Spy Points app is very easy to use and well organized!

   I used it to monitor property remotely. Works great, strong signal on the cellular. It’s really easy to program to your needs. Highly recommend this and the solar panel to go with it, so your never have to change the batteries. Cellular subscription is a must, but worth the money for me.

   This is my second review of the SpyPoint Flex S. My first Flex-S would not last a week in the field, with both the Solar Battery being fully charged and 8 new AA batteries it lasted 5 days & 123 photos before going dead. After talking to Customer Service several times they agreed to replace it. I received the new camera right away and they provided me a return slip to ship back the other one. At the same time I purchased a LIT-22 lithium power pack. I fully charged both the new Flex S solar pack and the LIT-22 power pack. I had my camera setting on Standard Operation Mode, IMAGE on Photo , Motion delay 1 minute, Multishot on 1, & Sensitivity on Low, Cellular set-up Sync Frequency (6 times per day), in the General Settings I had it on Auto, C.S. told me that if the solar battery got low it would automatically switch to the LIT-22 back-up. (THIS SEEMS TO BE A MAJOR FLAW IN THERE SYSTEM). I placed the Flex-S camera back out on 12/26/2023 around 2pm tested everything , camera was facing South ( so was receiving sunlight most of the day) , my Signal was 50% and working correctly. When checking my status 4 days later after receiving quite a few pictures , the App was still telling me that the Solar battery was at 98% and the LIT pack @ 100%. Then 2 days later I quit receiving photos, I manually switched it to the LIT pack and it started communicating again. This lasted to 1/6/2024 (another 6 days) and it totally quit communicating. Yet when I checked the status it still said Solar Powered battery was at 98% and the LIT battery at 100% (see Photo). In those 12 days I did receive 189 photos , photo quality has never been a problem (See Photo), ease of set-up and using the app is Good, Customer Service is better now than ti was before Christmas , and I think that was just a volume issue. My main complaint is about how it is powered. It does not keep good control of what the actual status is of the batteries , and because of that it does not automatically switch to the other power source when needed. The other issue I have is that the only way to fully charge the Solar Battery is to pull the Camera and take it home so that it can be charged overnight. I would much rather see swap able power packs that you could take out and replace with a fresh pack without having to remove the camera from the Field. Thanks for listening!!!!

   This camera is sooooo next level! The solar panel has stayed charged for months on end, 4 months and solar and the solar panels batteries are still at 88%! Spypoint also thought about if the onboard lithium ion solar panel batteries were to die, the camera will automatically switch to AA in the regular battery tray and you can see it all on the app! Also, no more having to choose ATT or Verizon, this has duel sim cards and auto detects the best network in the area you put it. 36mp pictures are sharp enough to blow up and frame, but I really enjoy the 1080p videos, WITH SOUND, that it sends straight to my phone! Another feature that sets this apart from the pack is on the app, it has an “instant” button to take a picture immediately. Super cool for if you’re sneaking into the stand and want to make sure not to bump something, or if you get a picture of a deer or trespasser not facing the camera, bang, quick follow up pic. Even with the panel, the camera is sooooo compact and it doesn’t stick out like a giant add on. This camera has stepped up soooo many levels above the rest, it’s in a league of it’s own. Great job spypoint!
