Nice little red dot, and it’s a step above the cheap red dots on the market. Granted, it isn’t anywhere close to my Trijicon or Aimpoint, but the price point is totally different. This probably compares to the Holosun and other quality chinese optics on the market and the price point for those is right in line with where this falls. I would say the quality is in line with Holosun and other brands in this range. Not bad for the money, but for battle ready optics I stick with Aimpoint and Trijicon.

I really like this compact red dot for my AR. It was easy to install, easy to zero in. Optically it’s extremely clear. The three time optic makes it very easy to be accurate that reasonable distances. It’s very lightweight and doesn’t add a lot of bulk to my gun, but it feels very sturdy and I would not be worried about dropping it. I took it to the range, zeroed it in with just a few clicks I was hitting bull’s-eyes within five minutes. I seems a great value for the money and I highly recommend it.

Mounts easily and good quality construction. Clear optics and good edge-to-edge clarity. The one feature that would prevent me from ordering again is the lack of shake-awake technology. You have to push the illumination button to turn it on, and if you want it at the highest intensity (like you’d want for bright sunlight during the day), you have to repeatitivly push it 10 times. And then to turn it off you have to do the reverse. Love my other red dots that have the shake-awake; they’re always ready to go.

This is a pretty good option for a mid range long gun. The optics have good eye relief for quick target acquisition and enough adjustability to suit many shooting styles.
I like the illumination which is great day or dusk and overall I think for the price it’s a good unit

The Vector Optics Paragon 3×18 Mini Prism BDC Reticle Rifle scope is easy to install. The sight picture is excellent. It is very user friendly. Once installed it adjusts very easily to meet my needs depending on location, time of day, etc. it is easy to carry with me and attach quickly when needed. The illumination feature is awesome at night or cloudy weather. The image is clear even in the rain or snow. It is also water proof. It is very compact, but loaded with helpful features. It is shock proof which is a must. This would be an awesome gift for any hunter.
