   I have this on my Canik Rival. I’ve put over 1000 rounds through it and no issues whatsoever. Keeps zero. Hasn’t gotten lose. The window size is a little small for competition so I plan on upgrading, but will happily move this to a carry pistol.

   Believe me when I tell you all, this is the worst red dot I have ever purchased, and I have purchased 4 of them! First off, the dot just goes off in the middle of a shooting session; then, it comes back on by itself – all 4 of them behave the very same way! Customer service is very accommodating; but, the product is pure trash!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

   I like everything about this red dot. Fits perfectly on my son’s .410 for turkey hunting. I own 3 different brands of red dot scopes and this one is my favorite. It’s rugged, affordable and really there’s nothing bad that I can say about this product. Has several brightness settings and perfect for youth hunters and adults

   I purchased this for a recent build I’ve done and I was very sceptical about the quality I’d be receiving. Boy was I super surprised when I got this Micro Red Dot in the mail and tested it out. Product could a used a smaller shipping outer box but the packaging of optic was awesome, actually the same quality of packaging I’ve seen in much more expensive units. Comes with the pretty standard fan fair of extra mounting screws, extra battery and Allen wrenches. Optic is a dead on drop in for the RMR cut optic platform and fits very snuggly and was easy to install. Just remember to use a little bit of blue loctight on the mounting screws. Brightness level goes from almost non-existent to stupid crazy bright with like 10 different levels in between but, sadly it only goes either up or down and doesn’t cycle thru the brightness levels. Tested the shake awake feature and if you even look at it wrong the optic red dot doesn’t waste any time turning on and it was very easy and smooth getting the red dot on target. Seemed to do exceptionally well under live fire conditions and I even tried to beat it up a bit by dropping it, getting it wet and mud covered to just plain out basically abusing it and it held up amazingly. Site was almost zeroed and was easy to sight in. Seemed to hold zero to an abusive range day so very confident it’ll hold up long term.

   Purchased this optic the end of Nov 2023 so I had 4 months of use with no issue however last night during my ODPL shoot at my gun club I had trouble finding the dot during my shoot only to realize it would come on and go out randomly. Seems to stay on when not shooting but that’s not much good to me when competing. I’m past the return date so I guess I’m stuck with an optic I can’t trust now. Too bad because I did have high hopes it would last longer.

   Update to this review:

   I really liked this optic and it was in my price range and I had no experience with a red dot on a pistol so this was my first one. It held zero from day one on my Canik Rival 9mm and had no issue until the dot went out that first time last week after 4 months of use. I reached out to the manufacture on Sunday and they responded almost immediately. After a brief explanation they offered to send me a new scope. Based on their timely response and and willingness to take care of their customer I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. Awesome customer service. Added a star based on the customer service. Thank you Votatu!!!

   This seems like a well built and well designed red dot and it certainly looks good. I doubt that is has any actual water-proofing as claimed as their is an opening at the top that exposes circuitry. For the range it is a good alternative to a more expensive red dot. It is not suitable for a high mount type of picatinny rail…I made my own low-mount steel rail for it when I discovered that its windage and elevation range of adjustment was too limited for a standard-sized resin picatinny rail that was not perfectly mounted. I made a lower, steel plate that it could lock in to and that solved the problem as it was lower to the bore and perfectly aligned. If it holds zero (yet to be able to test that) I would buy one again. I have two lasers from Votatu that hold up well on 22s, but this is a 9mm so needs to be proofed. 4 out of 5 stars because of the exposed circuitry and limited range of adjustment…almost a 4.5!

   Mounted it and used it now for about 3 weeks and has performed flawlessly. It has held zero without issues. The size and weight is perfect. It mounted on without issues and feels extremely well built. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a red dot that out performs its price point.

    This was a nice price for a red dot optic. The problem lies on the advertising for this device.

    1. It is advertised as having 3 illumination modes within the optic: a red dot, a circle, and a dot/circle combination. All I got was the red dot, and after reading some of the reviews after the fact, I’m not alone.
    2. The shake awake feature never worked on mine because my optic never went into sleep mode. I laid it down perfectly still for way beyond the suggested time, and wouldn’t turn off for me to test the shake awake feature.

    The above issues were for BOTH of the sights I received. Customer service was pretty quick about sending the replacement. That’s why this is a 2 ⭐ ⭐ review instead of a 1 ⭐ review. There were videos post where both of the above features worked as they should, and in all honest, iflthis worked WITHOUT the above features and WITHOUT advertising the above features, I would keep it. I just believe in getting my product as it was advertised.
